I am pleased with the plants and trees they have picked to complete my yard landscaping project. <br />

Our house is not an ordinary house...  It was built in 1888 and any work done on it is an adventure. Jeff and his team at Prograss Home Services helped us create an awesome new kitchen, great room, pantry, and bake center. We removed an existing wall and completely tore everything down to the studs and started over. His team helped us from beginning to end, letting us do what we wanted but giving us expert advice along the way to avoid common mistakes. They installed new hardwood floors, doors, walls, cabinetry (which they made in their shop), fantastic slide-outs in the drawers and pantry, and built an impressive island which is the center piece. We showed him pictures, met with a designer, and turned them loose. We tell people the best thing we ever did was decide what we wanted and then got out of the way and let Jeff do the rest. <br /> Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with, always showing up on schedule and cleaning up at the end of the day. I won't lie, the intrusion was not fun, but Jeff and his team are true professionals, and we entrusted our home to them while we were at work and we never had an issue. We would highly recommend Prograss Home Services for any remodel job, large or small. <br />

Project was done on time as promised. Even with a few changes! Great quality work! <br />

Our gauge for a great provider, <br /> 1. Returns call promptly to give an estimate. <br /> 2. Shows up on day of appointment for the estimate <br /> 3. Gives us the quote in a timely manner and schedules the work in a resonable amount of time. <br /> Pro Gras met all of these items!!! The work was scheduled and on the day of installation the sod was delivered first and the workers showed up right on time. They worked very hard and seemed to have pride in their job.   The lead was able to answer questions about watering etc. <br /> After the lawn was in for 3 weeks we had a couple of spots that were burned (as the original sod was installed on at 99d day). We called Mark who promptly returned our call and came out.  He addressed our issues and they were fixed within <br /> several days. <br />  With all of the landscape companies in our area these folks are at the top of our list. They care about the job they do and about great customer service. We would recommend them as well as use them again, <br /> <br />

The providor was knowledgeable and competent.  He was able to answer our many questions!  The only problem was finding the backflow device.  The providor looked hard for it, and offered to come back to check it after we contacted the city to find out where it would be.  Turned out the city could not help us! <br />

We had a very complex project because we were converting our main guest bathroom from a regular tub/shower to a top line walk-in tub that was being installed as a walk-in tub, plus a shower with floor to ceiling tile and glass surround that had to be modified for the walk-in tub configuration, in addition to the complete re-do of the entire bathroom.  Jeff Egli, General Manager of ProGrass Home Services Division, came to the house and did a survey of the proposed project, which consisted of a complete design; sourcing all fixtures/materials, and the installation of all materials and fixtures.  <br /> The design was creative, responsive, doable, and cost effective,  Mr. Egli was friendly, professional, and very pleasing to work with in arriving at an exceptional proposal.  He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely accommodating in making adjustments to fit our needs.  <br /> Our experience has been that some residential remodeling contractors are very good at some phases of project design and completion, but not every phase.  With Jeff Egli and ProGrass Home Services, we found a contractor that excelled in every phase.  After an excellent design, they started precisely at the time we agreed, even making the allowance in the daily starting time to allow more morning time for me to get around since I was recovering from a very recent surgery.  Daily progress stayed right on the schedule that the contractor provided in advance and if there were any needed adjustments, Mr. Egli always discussed them before making schedule changes.  They were always very willing to make adjustments to fit our personal needs.  The project was completed a bit earlier than scheduled even though we made several changes that we came up with during the work.  It resulted in a beautiful "new" bathroom ahead of schedule, within budget, and it exceeded our expectations in virtually ever regard.  In addition, I would like to add that in addition to doing this bath project, we identiied several unrelated needs, such as some pull-out drawer inserts in our kitchen, and the installation of automatic opening/closing shades for the skylights in our master bedroom closet.  Mr. Egli accepted and completed these additions without affecting the main project schedule.  All were done at a good cost with excellent workmanship.  Mr. Egli informed us that they could handle virtually any need we might have, window replacements, patio remodel or construction, etc. <br /> We would hasten to recommend Jeff Egli and ProGrass Home Services to anyone who is contemplating some new construction or remodel project.  We would even be happy to respond to any telephone questions that anyone looking to do a project in reference to our experience with this contractor.  It was a hugely gratifying project.  We could not be happier.  We will soon be in the market for a complete patio remodel.  We will surely be expecting a proposal from ProGrass Home Services. <br />

<p>I was referred to Jeff Egli by a friend who flips houses and was quite pleased with Jeff's work. Jeff came in and was very helpful in assisting me in planning the layout and colors of the new cabinets to coexist with the old ones. He went above and beyond in helping me with the work I was doing on the old cabinets myself. He offered many ideas that I hadn't thought of that greatly enhanced both the new cabinets and the old.  He bent over backwards to assist me with everything. The work was completed ahead of schedule. </p> <p>The bid I received from Jeff was well under all the others and the quality of cabinetry workmanship  is exquisite. Everything is solid wood and made to your specifications. The finish on the cabinets is also done to your specification. I was able to go out to the shop and make sure it was what I wanted.</p> <p>I can not stress enough that the stress of any remodel is greatly reduced with Jeff as your contractor. Always professional, and very courteous. I would recommend him to anyone and be sure that they will pleased with all aspects of the remodel.</p> <p>Very highly recommended.</p>

<p>very well - better than expected.</p> <p>I was referred to Jeff Egli by my contractor and would like to let everyone know what a great experience it was. Your plans could be done or Jeff will work with you to sort out what you may like.  I have a 1960's ranch style that had never been remodeled and I had no idea what I wanted.  Jeff helped me sort out my style and draw the best plans for my space and budget.  He then gave me a bid which was much lower than the others without compromising quality.  Best quality cabinetry I have seen.  He gave me a day by day schedule which I could count on - then finish on time and on budget.  </p> <p>The staff are a definite asset with Tim, Dan, Mark, Matt and many others my day to day crew.  We lived in our house during the entire demo and construction and they were quiet, respectful, and worked very hard. We looked forward to seeing Tim every morning.</p> <p>I need to stress the quality of cabinetry workmanship. All solid wood and made to order at Jeff's shop.   I also had a great choice and when Jeff showed me the beautiful quarter sawn white oak cabinets with the dark wood inlay, my idea of cherry cabinets was over.  I never would have known I had such a choice.</p> <p>In the end a final walk through to ensure all expectations have been met and they were - plus more.</p>
