Batt, Rolled or Reflective Insulation Install or Upgrade
Good price, but they made a mess, weren't clear about precautions to take prior to installation, damaged paint (door and window frames, fence gate, and a downspout), damaged window screens, sprayed insulation dust all over a wedding dress. They kept offering to help with the minor repairs and cleanup, but didn't follow through before they eventually ghosted us.

Poor communication around the amount of dust that the installation would leave or that we would need to remove any belongings from the attic or most importantly the adjoining closet where my wife stored her wedding dress. The install crew was also careless, leaving very noticeable scratches and dings on window and door frames. Management promised to address these repairs and dry clean the wedding dress but gave us the run around for months without addressing any of the issues caused by their crew. What’s arguably worse is we haven’t seen anything close to the amount of savings on energy bills that was promised in our first summer with our new insulation.

I recently had Home Shield install new insulation in my home, and I couldn't be happier with their work! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived right on time and completed the job in a timely manner without cutting corners. What really stood out to me was how clean they left everything. They made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves, which is always appreciated. Additionally, their expertise was evident—they not only knew exactly what needed to be done but also took the time to explain what steps we could take to keep our home warm during the colder months.
