I would highly recommend Josh and HomeSmith He came in to repair floor damage from a water leak and replace with new vinyl flooring He did an excellent job. The craftsmanship was expert He took great pride in the work. He communicated well and was on time He was pleasant to work with He provided a detailed quote and followed through in an efficient timeframe. I plan to contact HomeSmith for my future projects.

If you are looking for quality workmanship, and a company you can feel good with and trust… You found it right here! They put me at ease from start to finish, hands down the best in the area… There’s nothing too small or too big… Their years of experience and craftsmanship show true within the quality of their work. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable and fair, and I was shocked at how competitive they were compared to other quotes I had received… They were giving me so much more for the dollar and like I said the customer service and quality of the work was worth it’s weight in gold!!!!

This is the 4th time we have hired Joshua of Homesmith to work on our house. He did such great work before on smaller jobs that I contacted him again for this big project of building a wellhouse. He was quick to respond on providing an estimate, very willing to do whatever our wish list included, and the finished project exceeded even my high expectations. He is just terrific to work with, stays within his estimate (which was lower than someone else I contacted), brings his own materials as needed, thinks of great solutions to any problems that come up, and provides truly top quality work. We very highly recommend him and are already planning to hire him again.

Josh wasted no time, was professional and explained things to me. He went out of his way to patch sink that I had no idea was leaking and cleaned up after projects. I called the next day when I smelled burning rubber and saw box above water heater smoking. He came that day to replace it, showing me the worn wires and melting. I’m grateful for his work performance and integrity.

We had a long list of repairs we needed done on our house, some of which required going to locate needed parts at a local hardware store.
