WORST company ever! They remodeled my kitchen, removed a load bearing wall and installed beam without a permit! Electrical was done by unlicensed crew and is not up to code. TERRIBLE!! They sent V&V Remodeling out to do the work.

This is the owner of the company. He's not who he says he is. Homeowners beware. He also spoke money from the true owner of Suntown Roofing. He's fraudulently using this name for future and current business. He uses the aliases Jeff Carren and Jeff Navin and God Knows what other names. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First off their communication is terrible and they are extremely unprofessional. They damaged my cabinet doors and fought me on repairing them. It wasn't until the ROC got involved that they repaired. They never tested the subfloor for moisture or used a moisture barrier so my flooring was ruined. I have since selected a new product that is conducive with the moisture levels but they are trying to charge me extremely inflated prices to re-do. I am now sitting on 6 months with no floors (they tore up the LVP and left me with the bare concrete floors), baseboards removed and nails sticking out.

This has been hands down the worst experience of my life. This company is a scam. We paid $10,247 UP FRONT, IN FULL, on January 8th to schedule tile installation for January 18th. The contractors are late every day. My tile is uneven throughout, the grout joints that I was charged an extra 40 cents per sq ft don't follow the chosen pattern AT ALL and vary in width. My powder room sink was left off the wall and ultimately "fixed" by folding some plastic props underneath it. Tiles that I asked to be recut and marked with red tape were grouted in anyway. I paid to have the baseboards removed but many of the nails were left behind. There is thinset everywhere including the top of my exterior 9ft doorway. Chipped tiles were installed throughout the house. My tile was purchased at Floor and Decor for $4700 and I wouldn't even have enough to fix the mistakes they've made. I told them the dining room was elevated during the initial install, so they ripped it out and did it elevated AGAIN. They came back after "completion" and ripped it out a second time only to install it elevated a THIRD time. My slab is LEVEL. I've had to call in another contractor and am ultimately going to the ROC. The salesperson I dealt with doesn't work there anymore. Project Manager #1 and #2 don't work there anymore. The tile installers SON called me to tell me Home Solutionz won't release their pay to them. Not sure who is hanging on to my 10k but it's definitely not me. Someone got paid and I can't even have a meal in my dining room until this floor gets ripped out and replaced AGAIN.

HORRIBLE Home Solutionz is a FARCE a SHAM a RIP OFF! Do NOT select them to do your flooring!!! Let me list the issues: Communication. We were unable to communicate with the workers. When we brought this to the project manager, Briana’s attention, she sent out the supervisor and we were unable to communicate with him. When we requested Briana to come to the site. She refused. We also requested to speak with the owners and Briana stated they were out of state. Work Performed. There was no understanding by the workers as to what the job was. They had no work order to follow and no way to clearly communicate. Dust dirt EVERYWHERE; no respect for your home/items in it. Piecing materials because they ran out of product would have been left in place if we had not brough it to their attention. Caulking and damage to the stair walls so bad we had to have them repaired & repainted. “Cleanup” was a wet dirty rag. Nails used during the install were left protruding and visible. We were told installation was by glue and interlocking construction. Request for Briana to come to see “work performed” she refused. After official complaints to BBB, AZ Board of Contractors, she sent workers back out to re-do the stairways. Timeliness: This was to be a 2-day job. It is has been 17 weeks and it is still not right. Our most recent issue – loose floorboard was met with the response “that to be expected with furniture in the room” ?!? This is a NIGHTMARE, and we would not want anyone to go through what we are still going through. They talk a good game but are a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE HOME SOLOUTIONZ!!!!!

From the quote to the final product the entire process was very pleasant. The installers were always very prompt and professional. I would recommend Home Solutionz except I regret that due to Home Solutionz not responding to a request to repair a defect I must give them 4-starz

Jonathan was a great sales person and Home Solutionz was hired. He helped me try to match the wood in other rooms and I decided. The process went smoothly and deposits were made, wood and glue purchased. I was contacted by Nahn, the project manager letting me know when the installers would arrive and they were on time and precise. Max and Fabian did a great job and left the site meticulous. I only hope that all of my remodel ideas are executed as easily. Communication is the key to success and they have it.

Pablo, Saul, and Francisco installed my new flooring in one day. They professional, polite, quick, and quiet. No loud music or yelling to each other. Made the install day go much smoother and they finished the job in one day with excellent clean up. I love my new flooring!

The tiling work went very well. Our installer did a fantastic job. We had a few hiccups at the end, and a bit of a breakdown in communication but it was quickly sorted out. We are very pleased with the outcome and the honesty of Doug. We would definitely use them again if their quote comes in at a competitive price with other contractors for future projects. They do price match and the tile is guaranteed for life if you use their supplier.

Home Solutionz In Tempe did a great job on my Laminate Floors and was easy to work with, their installer did a good job and took time to keep the dust to the minimum. Charles in Customer service is great- if he didn’t know something he got the answer for me- also the selection is really great- there is something for everyone. Loved the customer service as well as the great selection and pricing - would recommend to ANYONE!

We are very pleased with the flooring installation. Pablo and his crew showed up on time and were very courteous and accommodating. They moved all the big furniture out of the h0use with care and consideration. Kept things as tidy as could be expected. The crew was very attentive with any concerns or question we had. Setting up the appointment with Home Solutionz for the initial appointment was super easy and they were even able to get me in next day which was very helpful being that I was on a tight schedule. Joe our consultant was friendly and very helpful. Home Solutionz brings the flooring to your house so you can see how it looks with your furniture and paint colors which was very helpful. It was so easy to select my flooring because they had a website that mapped the flooring into my room. When at my house I had them give me estimates on my tile and carpet. They offered installation 2 days later and the installation process was so easy and fast. They moved and replaced all the old flooring and furniture in our rooms. Can’t beat their lifetime warranty. My experience all the way around was outstanding. I would highly recommend Home Solutionz for flooring to my friends and family. Next on my list of projects is my countertops and I can’t wait to have my budget in order to have Home Solutionz come back!

The installers at Home Solutionz are a great asset. Their work turned out beautiful!! They were on time each day, very respectful, and kept the working area clean. They explained things in a polite and easy to understand explanations. We were so happy with them we had to buy them lunch each day. Although the office management was great sometimes it took them awhile to get back to me. I’m sure its because they are busy. I will recommend Home Solutionz to my parents later this year when they get their flooring.

I purchased the tile floor for my first floor and new carpet, the best carpet I had, for my upstairs. I checked with Home Solutionz first and I did get another quote from Lowe’s. It was really out-of-control price so we went with Home Solutionz. I had a great experience with my sales guy. He was very nice. The installation looks beautiful I couldn’t have asked for a better installer. I will be telling my neighbor who is looking at doing their floors.

This was my first time working with Home Solutionz and I was very enthralled at their expertise. I was especially impressed with the work ethic of the crew that came out to do the vinyl. The installer who brought out the vinyl flooring did an amazing. I was a little hesitant at first because their price was higher than some of my other estimates but their attention to detail and the quality of work is well worth it. It looks terrific. I also have Home Solutionz do a paint project for me and it also turned out wonderful. Waling into my house makes me so happy with the fresh new look.

This company's salesman was a true salesman because he could convince me that the company fixed and the situations that had given them a bad review when I researched them. However, that is not true. The salesman miss measured causing me to have to purchase a third slab of granite. He told me that the granite company had been paid and the slabs delivered to the fabricator which was not true when I called the granite company. They were 3 weeks late on delivery because the day before the first delivery date I called the fabricator myself to check on his progress and he had not even received the slabs in order to get them done. The final product due to the great fabricator is wonderful, but not because of the Home Solutions. Even the person reassigned to my job after my complaints did not hold up to his promises. I know he took on a messy situation, but he should have been able to honor his word.
