I hired Home Squad to replace my HVAC unit and water heater. The work that they performed was superb. The technicians were on time and respectful of my home. They cleaned everything up when the work was finished and left it better than when they showed up! They were able to look at what the previous HVAC contractor did and made sure all the new equipment was compatible with the dimensions of where the unit previous unit was. I appreciated them allowing me to ask questions along the way during the install so I could be prepared if any future problems came up. We had a tankless water heater installed and now everything is up and running great!

Impressive service from Home Squad. They’re definitely not the cheapest in terms of some of the service estimates for our roofing job but they were the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The contractor came to our home to scope out the damage and provide us with a quick estimate. They thoroughly explained in detail the benefits of each roofing material as well as the warranties that were included. Everything was broken down simply and we ended up having them complete the job a couple weeks after. Smooth process overall and the roof looks fantastic!

We had an issue with our water tank leaking because it was a pretty old unit that was already installed when we moved into our house. The guys at Home Squad found out that because of the age of the tank and there was sediment buildup, it caused the tank to leak. I ended up having them replace the whole thing and they completed the install very quickly. Fast and professional, what more could you ask for, thank you!

Highly recommend Home Squad! From our first interaction they made me feel like we were already a valued customer. We didn’t have a huge job, but they were professional nonetheless. I called them for an error code on our LG dryer and the tech was able to come out and get the issue resolved, as well as let us know about the things we could do to get not only our dryer, but all of our appliances maintained.

Professional, kind, trustworthy, and quick. Home Squad was a joy to work with. I am just so glad we chose Home Squad rather than their competitors because we would have made the biggest mistake of our lives. Thank you! Every person I dealt with was kind and polite, even the team installing the roof. I was pleasantly surprised that the construction crew were just as professional & polite as the office staff. My roof has not looked any better than today, I thank everybody at this company because they showed they care about their customers and we are first priority. I will be recommending my whole neighborhood to you guys. The crew cleans up their mess and leave it cleaner than what it was before hand. They were careful around sensitive parts of my home since it is an older but bigger, home. Solar shingles are my next project with these guys!

I am overly excited with the roof that I had installed by Home Squad. The service was exceptional starting with the initial visit with Jerry, to the removal of my old roof and ugly ply wood to the completion of the roof. Jerry is knowledgeable with the products and assisted me in choosing the roof that best fits my house, my needs and most importantly my budget. Everything Jerry stated that would be done during the installation was carried out. This is a big investment for my house, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My family loved the look of my home and I know this roof will last me a long time because they used GAF materials, their warranty is great! I will be recommending Home Squad to anyone. We had the roof on our 45 year old house completely torn down and replaced by Home Squad. I was so impressed through every step of the process. The representatives over the phone were very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The install crew was efficient, met the schedule time frame (1 day), they were very attentive to our needs, cleaned things up well afterward, and most, importantly, did an amazing job. The roof looks great and passed the leak test with the rain which came the very next day, gotta love Seattle. I would definitely go to them again for any roofing need.

In late March we had our roof replaced by Home Squad and it looks amazing! We worked with Jerry. He is great work with! I will be the first to admit I can be very picky and can be hard to work with but Jerry made sure all of my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed. The installers did an amazing work! He personally made sure the job was done correctly from start to finish and made sure that I was happy with the progress before they left every night. They made sure at the end of every night they cleaned up after themselves and made sure there were no nails or garbage left around. If you are in need of roof repairs, replacement or even solar i'd call Home Squad. Great people and responsible.

I called Home Squad not knowing what to expect, I haven't heard of this company. But, I'm GLAD I did, Home Squad was amazing throughout the entire experience from calling them and setting up an appointment to meeting a wonderful electrician. Tyler was his name. Tyler was very personable and made sure he answered all my questions, I would highly recommend calling this company. They are greatly trained techs that come out and diagnose and explain things like no other. They installed a Tesla charger for my home in Bellevue and I can't wait to have them install a solar roof to my home. I have been running a generator for quite some time and solar shingles look beautiful on homes, I am ready to switch and have this team take care of it for me.

My living room only had 3 can light fixtures and the lighting was inadequate for family gatherings, reading and overall seeing my living room set. Originally I contacted Home Squad to install 6 fixtures but after reviewing my electrical panel, it was very old and he recommended to upgrade the panel as well since I am also looking to install a Tesla charger. The electrician was very professional and completed the entire job in approximately 5 hours. The lighting looks great. It totally transformed the room. The fixtures are aligned amazingly. He also cleaned up and left the area in better shape than it was they arrived. I am so impressed with the work I am going to have them back to install Tesla charger for my car. I would highly recommend Home Squad Electrical for any home improvement projects you may be considering. The price is fair and reasonable.

Home Squad made me feel comfortable and safe from the first contact, after really listening to my unique circumstances, not only did they schedule me with an expert with solar they also managed to put me in an earlier appointment. The electrician answered all my questions that I asked prior to him even working on my solar panels, the electrician fixed the problem and made sure I was comfortable with him doing the repair, he was not pushy at all, he recommended upgrading my panels sooner rather than later, and he left me a card with information that outline the upgrade. All I got from other companies was an estimate, and this blew me away! They definitely earned my service and you should give them a call. Professional, friendly, and responsive staff on the phones!

The electrician that came out was named Tyler and he was extremely knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He explained everything step by step so I would understand how to add light fixtures and run lines to those light fixtures, Tyler went over various options of install and made sure I was comfortable with everything, very helpful and went the extra mile to satisfy our needs. We appreciate Home Squad and their electrical division, for all their help and strong line of communication. I would recommend these guy’s to anyone, these guys going above and beyond what is asked, they even made sure my area was cleaner than it was before they started work! First impressions, and thats all it took to get my complete service in the future when I want to upgrade my generator and solar panels.

Talk about lightning fast service, with great efficiency! This family owned establishment, is the best electricians in all of King County, they provide me with constant service their workers are very respectful, clean, and efficient. My wife and I had been dealing with the recent power outages due to constant rain, and we called them on a whim not sure what to expect, a quick call, and a great estimate later, The quality of service they provide is top tier. No other company in King county has ever really compared since then. Trust me if you want to get some work done even if it's just fixing outlets and your light fixtures, then you've got to go with Home Squad! Thank you guys!

My wife and I have been so happy with our experience with Home Squad! From the moment we called to book an estimate to repairing my electrical panel and generator, they have been incredibly friendly people that genuinely sounded intent on doing everything they could to help. I’ve had opportunities to talk to office managers over the phone and you could tell there was a smile on the other side of the phone. Tyler was knowledgeable and willing to talk through our requests of work. All work was done professionally, clean, and prompt. I’m a contractor myself and even I was very pleased with everything I’ve seen. No one wants to spend money on unexpected occurrences, nor does anyone look forward to spending money on electrical repairs, however the costs, coupled with the work and overall experience made us believe in the service industry once again. We just moved to the PNW and bought a new house, me and my wife loved everything besides the roof color so we looked up a couple places and ended up giving Home Squad a call. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were up front about cost and the amount of time for removal and installation. The estimator showed me many different samples and recommended the best protection for my home, for years to come. They were always on time and cleaned up nicely at the end of everyday which is amazing because they were working all over the house. It came out amazing. The work was great and anytime we had a problem or change in mind they always accommodated to it. Well worth the money we spent and are now in love with the end result. So happy I found them and I would totally recommend them. Will definitely contract them again for our future projects. Home Squad!

I would give them 100% satisfaction rating. We surprisingly had a leak caused by two rainstorms in Seattle. We decided to get a new roof after getting an immediate temporary fix before the next rain. We had several bids - some of them crazy expensive, another company had not only the highest bid but had aggressive sales people so we weren't comfortable making a decision. We ended up with Home Squad, not only because of their excellent estimate, but for meeting with the supervisor on site, who is not only a super professional. He and his people temporarily covered the roof with a huge tarp for the next rain and started right after the rain. They did such an amazing job, working extremely detailed, fast, and were cleaning up every day. They did a superb job and even the inspector felt he had to point that out. Great experience, amazing roofers, I refer them to anybody and everybody.

Three layers of existing roof got removed in under a few hours, new plywood was replaced, inspected before and after, new flat roof and shingles installed. A great experience overall. Everyone was on time, the crew was consistent. They cleaned up when they were done on a daily basis. They were never annoyed of me when I asked questions while they were working, they were always willing to help. I was greeted each morning and when they were ready to leave they let me know they were leaving and when they would be back. The owner called daily to keep me updated, very responsive. And when a problem area was spotted, they let me know and made sure I was okay with it before repairing it. All additional costs were estimated and approved in advance. There were no surprises. Going to recommend this company to all my friends, these guys will not disappoint.

After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Professionalism. On the day of the repair everything was handled correctly by two every nice gentlemen. You would never know that a repair had been made as nothing was out of place afterwards and the roof was perfect. Needless to say Home Squad will be getting the job of re-roofing our house when the time comes and I will be referring them to all my friends.

We have used them for several other department jobs over the past several years and have since recommended these guys to several of our friends. You will simply not find a better roofing company for your residential needs in the PNW! Rafael came to my house to give me an estimate. His price was the best for the job, and he gave a great presentation. They removed the old roof without damaging anything, then the next day installed the new roof in one day. I was impressed with Roger, the boss on the job. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. They guys on the job worked very well together. The work looks amazing. Michael provided timely service, quality materials, and outstanding workmanship. Michael came out and provided a quote for a new AC and furnace unit. Michael stood out from the rest of the companies because he explained every detail of the installation, the different types of stage furnaces and their differences. Michael made sure I understood I knew how to use the new thermostat that was going to be installed and also showed me pictures of recent projects he has done. The crew arrived early and worked late into the evening to complete the job in one day. The price was a little higher than most, but it was worth it. The things provided like great experience, easy installation and professional employees, they came out and tore off the old one out and installed the new one with ease. William was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in terms I was able to understand. He showed me areas of old, damaged ductwork that clearly needed replacing. He took pictures, and noticed my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and recommending replacing since carbon monoxide may enter the building and he showed them to me and he worked out a plan and made sure he was able to replace damaged ductwork, install a new gas furnace and even add an additional vent in the biggest room in my home. They were very careful to cover their shoes with booties, thank you Home Squad!

This company is legit when it comes to air and heating repairs. It was them that I was able to hire for my unit's issue, and I was glad that they forwarded me its masterful technician to do it. A very dependable technician who amazingly performs the task and finishes it within an hour. Fast forward a year later and I want to add a heat pump to my home and the same technician came out and quoted me and excellent price, I could not say no and went ahead and let him and his installers install a new heat pump so I can efficiently run AC and Heat in my home. A truly excellent and effective service! Thank you and more power!

Home Squad! The best company! I wouldn't call another electrician! Tyler fixed my cabinet wiring so I can add a Sub Zero, and wanted to get a quote for a generator we later on installed, Tyler was so friendly both times he came out and was, professional, and respectful! His work is amazing! Their prices are good. Tyler went above and beyond! He always cleaned up after himself, he gave me so many ideas and suggestions and I am so glad I listened to their thoughts on my project. When I say they are friendly, I really mean it! They always respond to my messages and calls as well so it doesn't feel like your'e getting pinged around through a transfer worm hole! Make sure you call them for any electrical work.

Excellent service. I've used this company in the past and was pleased so I decided to contact them again. They ran into problems with the service panel upgrade but they figured it out and completed the work in a timely manner. They honored the original quote so I didn't have to pay extra for the additional labor and materials required for the panel upgrade. I would choose this company over any other because they are always on time and very thorough with their explanations, and responsive customer service.
