<p>Ivan was very attentive and made sure to find me a home in the school district that I wanted for children! His patience is incredible. He must have shown me 12 properties a day on the 2 days that he took us out and at no point made me feel as though he was pushing any of the properties on me. This was a welcome feeling as I had gone through 3 other agents and felt as though I was an after thought due to my low budget. Ivan assured me that he wouldn't make me feel like the others and he came was a man of his word.</p> <p>Not only did he show tons of patience, he also educated me as to why I shouldn't purchase the first property that I was interested in and he was right. The home buying process was stressful, but with my realtor's help, I was able to get the best home for my family, in a great neighborhood for a fair price.  From the search to the closing date, it took six months and during that time Mr. Alvarez was relentless, patience and supportive. I find that he was more interested in me finding what I needed as opposed to closing quickly so he could get paid. He is experience and honest and he did not try to persuade me to choose any of the homes he showed me. Instead, he listened carefully, so that even if I hated a house he showed, the next one always had some elements of what I did like. Families who earn an average living have a tough time finding a good home in a good neighborhood, but I can honestly say that unless we find dedicated, honest and hard-working professionals such as Mr. Ivanhoe Alvarez, this task can be demoralizing and flat out impossible.  My family and I thank Mr. Alvarez from the bottom of our hearts. <br />

Mr. Alvarez was the best realtor I have ever dealt with in all of my dealings with realtors. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very proficient, honest and helped me through what I consider a stressful experience with ease. <br />

Mr. Alvarez was not only very professional but also very kind. He was very easy to work with and was very knowledgeable of the real estate industry. lvanhoe, helped me sell my home very quickly. He also convinced me to price it for more money than I wanted to and he got me a lot more money! I wasn't so sure when he suggested the price, but he showed me some comps that where pending that helped me make up my mind. <br />

The sale of the house went very well. We needed to get a certain amount to break even and not owe the bank any funds due to being upside down on the mortgage. Ivan suggested that we spend some money on painting in order to possibly turn a profit. We spent 2K to paint and actually walked away with some extra funds. I then recommended him to my in laws and they were equally thrilled. <br />

It went real quick. Ivan was able to find me a house that wasn't in a community with an hoa and that was my main concern. Also he is selling my house now. we didn't place it on the market before because it needed a new roof and Ivan said to fix the roof and list it for more money. So far we have a lot of interest but it just wen on the market so lets hope that goes as quick. <br />

The process was a little scary but Ivan helped us get through it smoothly. Since I inherited the condo, I had never gone house hunting and I had heard so many horror stories that I didn't know what to expect. Ivan sat me down and gave me a run down of what the process was going to be and explained everything that could go wrong. I was skeptical at first since he was my age but it turns out that I had nothing to worry about. I now feel that he isn't just my realtor but a friend of the family. <br />

Ivanhoe was great! He helped me to find the house to retire in and saved me a 100K dollars! He helped me locate the same house by the same builder, just one town over in Tamarac and I now have more money to put towards my retirement. Why spend up to your max when you don't have to? You can find what you want for less when you know where to look! I never though that I would here a realtor say that, but he did and he was right. Thank you Ivanhoe! <br />
