About us
We are a family owned and operated company that loves to meet the needs of our customers. We do projects as large as complete home building (we have bluerprints/designs to choose from) and as small as building a deck or any other small remodeling project. Most of our customer base has been strictly from referrals. We stand apart from most other construction/contracting companies because we treat our customers, big or small, just like our close family and friends. We take pride in a job well done!

They were quick to reply & get me a quote. I knew I was a small project being worked in so I did not push for fast turn around. They put a roof over an existing patio, installing a ceiling fan, an outdoor plug and a heater for me. Then they turned an existing window into and door for fast access. The workmanship is great. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Chad and his team did an excellent job for me. John the guy that is working for him is a perfectionist. And they went well beyond what I expected. The guys were all friendly and professional in what they do. I would highly recommend them for any job that they want done.

The work was top notch, the men were very knowledgeable about the job. Everyone was respectful to my family and yard dogs . I have never had any people working for me that were this caliber. I have work in the future that I would be extremely wanting them to do and will be waiting for their schedule to get where they can do the job. Thank God for men like Mr Spivey and his crew

Chad with Homestead Custom builders was great ! I placed the work request later in the day and heard from him that evening. In our first conversation I was immediately at ease that we had found the right person for this project. He stayed in constant communication with any updates and thoroughly explained the process. The end result is very nicely built and attractive. The entirely family Is very happy with the work and it was completed in a very timely manner. We were very fortunate to have picked this guy.
