After an AC condensate pan overflow, the upstairs bath, two closets and the kitchen ceiling needed repair. The half bath was also repaired. Home Sweet Home has excellent and highly skilled workers. They are also very considerate and efficient. I did have a few additions such as new lights and switches that did not pose a problem for the schedule. With William Garcia in charge, the project was beautifully completed and their maid service performed an excellent job cleaning up after all the work was done. One more thing, the AC condensate pan problem mentioned at first was also fixed, so peace of mind came back to our "home sweet home".

William and his crew were great. They originally remodeled our bathroom which is beautiful. We had them come back again to some handyman work that involved repairing some wooden flooring, fixing a leaky window, and painting our house. Great work! Highly recommend!

The team arrived promptly and installed grab bars in two bathrooms and a shower stall. They were polite and left the bathrooms spotless after installing (6) grab bars as per my request.

I have owned my home since 2005 and have been remodeling since then. Out of all contractors I have used, Home Sweet Home is the best! From the first call, Rita was friendly and helpful, and William was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. They were straightforward about prices and timing, and not a single day went by without work being done. I really appreciated that William and his crew made sure everything went smoothly, and William would catch issues even before I did. Rita checked in with me all through the process to make sure everything was going well and quickly answered any questions that I had. I really appreciated that they used contractors skilled in plumbing and electricity when needed to ensure everything was safe. They still check in with me today to make sure I am still enjoying my wet bar. I look forward to working with them again!

After meeting with several Contractors, I chose Home Sweet Home Improvement to remodel my kitchen, master bath and main level flooring. I chose them because I felt very comfortable with William and Rita when I first met with them. They were honest and straightforward, asked good questions and provided insights into the process. William was quick to get the bid to me, and very willing to work with me on the additions and changes that I had upfront, and through the whole process. I appreciated the great communication. I could always reach either William or Rita whenever needed. This was crucially important to me as I was managing this remodel on my own. William, Rita and their whole team were fantastic to work with. I generally work from home and this was a big job with a lot of people in the house at certain times. They were all extremely kind and respectful of me, my daughter, and my dog along with my time and needs as I had to move through the house during the day. The team was also extremely hard-working and efficient. My tile floors were demoed and redone with LVP in less than a week, and the entire process was less than 2 months. Good progress was made each day and Rita was even kind enough to help out with some packing and other miscellaneous stuff at the beginning of the remodel to ensure the team could keep moving. My remodel finished the end of May, and I am writing this review in September. I can confidently say the quality of their work is excellent and I continue to be very pleased with the work I had done by Home Sweet Home! Overall, William and Rita were a joy to work with! I greatly appreciated their honesty and straightforward approach, which left me knowing I received a quality product at a competitive value. A shout out to some of the over and above items they did for me like packing a portion of my house, walking my dog (a lot), power washing my driveway, and assisting with many of my small asks throughout the process. Quality people providing quality work!

Rita and William were helpful throughout the process of remodeling my bathroom & bedroom. They made what would have been a stressful process seamless. As issues came up William would reach out to me and explain the problem and the solution before proceeding to make sure I understood what was going on. William G happened to text me if I still needed a quote? He asked at the right time, because first option never responded. Turning our house over to someone to fix up, was a little stressful at beginning. But that was all put to rest right away. William came by that very day, within 15 minutes gave me a quote along with helpful suggestions on remodeling my bathroom. This was a Friday and work began the following Monday. William was hands on (literally). Existing bathtub and shower were removed, window made smaller to give more space for new shower. Wall and floor tile removed. I opted for gray tone porcelain tile with a tile shower base. Did not want a pre-fab base. Floor tile resembles planking. New vanity counter and sinks installed. The big pleaser for my husband, is the widening of the bathroom doorway and the tile seat in the shower. lol. My husband and I are both pleased with the outcome of the bathroom. Especially me. Very pleased with the working relationship we had with William. I certainly recommend Home Sweet Home Improvements home remodeling. If anymore remodeling needs to be done on my home (I'm sure it will), I have William on speed dial. The attached photo, shows shower is waiting for glass.

I was built a custom jewelry stand that was absolutely perfect for my college apartment! I was able to store all of my jewelry, as well as my dogās grooming items. The drawers were also a nice addition because I was able to hold small and delicate pieces of jewelry in there!

A good contractor is hard to find. Iāve worked with a lot of contractors in my many years but William Garcia, owner of Home Sweet Home Improvement is the best ever. What I liked was his hands-on style of working. Available to me and his crew. He is punctual and responsive. I wanted a swing for my backyard. William said no problem and the very next day he brought a drawing of a swing that he had done. It was like he read my mind. He built it and it was oh so beautiful. Great looking work , remodeled bathroom. communication was great step by step day by day instructions and pictures . Time frame was given for job completion and it was met . Great customer service . Took good care of the carpet they had to walk over to get to bathroom . Repaired and installed flooring in bathroom .

Having the Home Sweet Home Improvement team was truly the best decision I've made in hiring a remodeling contractor. Professionalism and attention to details was very evident. Our final product of the Kitchen make over by far exceeded our expectations. Overall quality of work performed was TOP notch. In addition, not only did crews show up, they were on time, took scheduled lunch breaks and cleaned up at the end of each day. All this was a huge plus in comparison to other remodel jobs around the neighborhood. They are very knowledgeable and they were very clean. They picked up after themselves. There was no debris left or anything. One guy was strange because I asked him to add some more vents and he kind of say that he wants his money upfront and itās not like Iām not going to pay him but the workers themselves were wonderful.

We hired them to install 2 windows and replace kitchen backsplash for our new home. The work was finished without problem, though they could've better cleaned the place. We hired them because we don't have flexible schedule and they were able to start the work right away. If your timeframe is not as tight as ours, you definitely should look for other contractors. Their quote was 50% higher than other quotes we received. After negotiation, it was still $1000 more than the quote I received from another Angie's List A grade contractor. The worse part is for the additional work on closets shelves. We were charged $100 per hour for two men to build some closet shelves. For painting the boards, it was $75 per hour for one man, which included sitting in truck and waiting for paint to dry between prime and coats. At the end, it coasted us $1445 for adding 5 shelf boards in the closets. It made me very uncomfortable when they wanted to bill me for even more. For a work day between 9.30 and 4.30, Williams initially billed 10 hours. When I pointed out and wondered how they could have worked for 10 hours, he didn't even say anything and acted as if it was just a common tactic to charge more. They may be able to start soon, but they certainly drag along. For one week of work, it took them 2 weeks because they usually started after 9.30 and leave before 4 or earlier. So take this into consideration if you want to use them.

Whenever you do a project by the hour it never goes fast enough for the customer. You sure appreciated me lowering my price $1,000.00 but did not like the time I had to spend at the store buying your supplies. All the work came out wonderfully, with exact fits and good installation. They cleaned up after themselves after the job and even patched and repainted scrapes on the walls resulting from the installation. The bookcases were stained to closely match the existing woodwork in the house. The project took a while to complete, but we had been warned about that possibility at the beginning, due to the other ongoing work at the company. William showed up when he said he was going to and always called first to ensure availability. I would definitely recommend for any type of woodworking, and would also use them for other remodeling should we have other such projects.

The foundation work was great. They worked in the rain most of the time. The deck was built and had to be replaced with better quality wood. There were 2 steps made for the spa and 1 was perfect and the order was to big. When you go down the larger step you have to go side ways to step on the landing. Built a towel hanger but when we went to used it the towels do not stay on the rack and I did pay extra for this. William was very nice and did replace the deck with out a problem, just disappointed he did not use the better deck material to start with.
