I hired True-Tech Water and Plumbing to install a water softener and filtration system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Aaron and Jaime did an excellent job — very professional, great communication, and a fair price. They completed the job in just one day, left everything clean, and their positive attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. About a week after installation, we had a plumbing issue unrelated to their work. Aaron and Jaime came promptly to check it out and still took the time and effort to fix the problem. We had a wonderful experience with Pure Tech Plumbing. They recently installed our pool heater. They did everything including trenching, gas pipe installation from the gas meter to the pool heater, electrical and finally installation of the pool heater. They did the job in a time effective manner, and at a very reasonable price. We interviewed many other plumbing companies. However, none measured up to Pure Tech Plumbing. We give them A+.

Steve can occasionally be hard to get in contact with. He was very accommodating with my remodel schedule. Price seemed high for work done. He had to return to fix a minor leak under the sink, but overall, he is easy to work with and job turned out well and passed inspection.

He showed up on time and installed my garbage disposal.  He was professional,
