Took my money (7k) sold me a denon receiver that was never registered with the denon so warranty never registered, denon fried and he?s not available to try to get the company to repair it. He neglected to finish several components of the install (center channel under the tv which was the bigger item) door bells, charged me for equipment that was on the invoice but never needed and never delivered. He is a criminal. Justin crow is the alias he shared with me.

would leave negative stars if i could, I am now in criminal and civil cases against the owner of this company. Should i even say company. that would imply work is done. Justin (real name Daniel) crow, responded to a inquiry i placed on Angi on Dec 21st 2024. He then came to my business on Dec 22nd. Told me i would need 3 grand worth of equipement to restore my broadcast cart. Also would have other cost. I understood this and gave him 3000 in cash. But what justin didnt realize i guess, even with it being placed in black text on yellow signs. we audio and video record everything in my shop. So i have the entire transaction recorded. HE then told me he needed more supplies on Dec 26th and my equipment should arrive in a day or 2. So again on video with audio recorded i gave him another 14 hundred in cash. now we are at 4400 dollars. Now Justin would have been a smart cookie had he actually returned and did 1 min worth of work. But not returning and stealing my money with no intention to do the job. Brought this criminal and out of just civil. 2 felony's, as both transactions broke 1 grand . It took alot to find Justin/Daniel, as he has a fake name on Facebook. his wife doesn't. Home Theater innovations was dissolved by order of the state of mass as a business entity. So he is not even legal. I filed 2 felony warrants and 2 misdemeanor warrants. and I hope nyc you took your wife for on my dime was worth the jail time your gonna be looking at. An if you think he works for best buy or has a contract with them. He doesn't. That is a lie. I spoke to the district supervisor trying to locate him and they have in house personal for that work.

Home Theater Renovations is fabulous. I needed repair on my TV and sound system, and the job was completed quickly and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Justin and his team were very professional from start to finish. Justin recommended the best mount and placement for our tv. They made sure to hide all the cables neatly, leaving my living room looking sleek and organized. The mounting itself was done securely, and I feel confident that my TV is in safe hands. He even mounted the floating tv stand I had purchased. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I will definitely use Home Theater Innovations again and recommend to all my friends and family!

This company made everything easy and the result was perfect!! I needed a large 82” tv hung in my living room and also an electronic fireplace mounted under it. In addition I wanted the wires hidden which was done to perfection. I also in my hallway had a huge decorative picture with a frame and it was extremely heavy and they mounted it perfectly. Also I had a floating cabinet in my man cave to store my PS5 gaming system and they installed that as well. The company appeared to pay attention to detail constantly measuring and using a level to be sure the outcome was right. I would recommend this company to anyone for tv, sound or any other type of installs.

Very happy with this installer. He did an awesome job. Very friendly, responsive company. Answered all my questions. My wires were hidden and he connected my soundbar. He also offered suggestions on adding on to my system in the future if I decide to add rear speakers to get more out of what we have. Seemed really knowlegeable on what would work best for our space. I will confidently use this installer in the future.
