Called Steve to schedule help with surround sound. He was very flexible with his schedule and met me the next day. After looking at the sound system and making some changes/recommendations Steve asked if we liked the 5 remotes sitting on the coffee table and suggested a universal remote. No pressure, just made the suggestion...I asked a couple of questions and after learning that we could also close the door to the cabinets housing all the components this was a no brainer. He went to get the products and ultimately hooked up all components, organized the wiring, programmed and provided my wife and I instruction on how to use the new remote. The best part of the overall experience was after about 2 weeks our blu-ray broke (thanks to the three yr old in the house) after purchasing a new player the remote needed to be reprogrammed. Steve came to our home On A SATURDAY to reprogram the remote for the new player at no charge! Steve e has always been on time and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I have used Home Theater Medics several times. Steve is always reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. He is able to quickly to the work. Often times he is able to provide cheaper and more efficient ways of managing the system. At times, he has been able to talk me through an issue over the phone saving the charge out for a home visit. He is our go-to guy for all things related to our TV system.

Steve came out to my home on the weekend to survey the job. He responded with a timely estimate, and fit the job into MY schedule! (spring break, so I didn't have to miss work). Steve updated me every step of the way, and was a delight to have in my home. He was curtious and very detailed in his work. Steve spent triple the time he estimated on my project, but still honored his original estimate! Wonderful! He is even doing some research on how to improve of the of the remote's functions, and is returning soon with the results. He didn't leave until the job was perfect, and I appreciated the care he took with my home. I would not hesitate to call Steve with any problems, and would hire him again.

My dvd player died and I needed a new one for an event I was having on Wednesday. I bought a new one on tuesday afternoon and soon realized I couldn't hook it up to my system. I called Steve and within 1 1/2 hours, he was at my door and not only did he hook up my new dvd player, he re-calibrated my entire system. Very responsive, professional and most important to me at the time was his promptness.

Steve arrived at exactly the time he had promised. The job took longer than both of us had expected, but that was due to it being a very complicated problem which eventually was found to be the result of a faulty download of software. Steve is very thorough and certainly very knowledgeable. He continued to work at the problem until he solved it. This type of work requires a knowledge not only of electronics, but computers and software as well. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

I contacted Steve December 23 and he came to our house December 24. He installed our speakers, receiver, and Blue Ray player as well as hooked up our existing gaming system. He was patient while I tried out the various components with movies, CDs, etc and also made sure I understood how to use the various remotes efficiently. I would definitely recommend this service provider to anyone in need of such services.

Steve let me buy my own materials, which helped me out on the cost side. I needed the job done on fairly short notice, so no quote was given ahead of time. Steve agreed to meet me after work to accommodate my schedule. Wall mounting the two tv's was fairly difficult, as they are different tvs (LED vs. LCD), and I wanted them flush with each other. Steve hooked everything up and then made sure that I knew how to work everything.

Mr. Knight arrived within 24 hrs and spent 2 hrs evaluating the problem. He then spent the remainder of the day until about 9 PM to fix the problem, essentially by rewiring the house with new coax cable. By the time he left everything was working. His problem solving skills are exemplary. He was careful, creative, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Knight for any custom coax cable wiring system.

Steve is very professional, polite and goes the extra mile to insure that you are completely satisfied with his work. After diagnosing the problem and fixing it, he suggested other ways to enjoy the equipment and after consulting me on the additional time and price he stayed an extra hour to finish up. He also made certain that I understood how everything was programmed and its function. While he was here I also spoke to him about my computer and he even called me the next day to see if that issue had been resolved.
