Well what a mistake that was!!! I called him on and around the 18.8.2016 and he said next monday which was normal time frame to do it in .Of course he was just brushing me off and not being up front as when he could really do it!!Not the kind of professional that you need when work a job needs finishing !!Maybe in this country standardsare needed like in the rest of civilized western industrial countries ...like the rest of the world already has!!! Well after all the calls and text to Carlos he said next wednsday the 7th of Sept.2016!! Lets see ... This attitude is careless egoist to say the least!!

Technician that was sent to do job was not experienced as when member spoke to owner originally. So member was not very confident with work

After putting a work order out on the internet I was called by Tirel Mitchell who is a sales Manager for the ONKYO/True Audio sound system. After talking to him, he recommended Carlos and his family business. With them being Hispanic and my wife being Hispanic also and the positive things said about Carlos. I allowed Carlos and his wife Dinah to come out and give me an estimate. Carlos and family are a family owned business that I believe are over booking themselves and are not the greatest of time managers and or schedulers. Ultimately, they cannot keep up with business they schedule. I had them install surround sound, mount a TV and install cameras. About the only thing that has worked out well has been the installation of the TV, which I must say they are very good at. If you look at the reviews TV's is the just of them. They mounted everything the way I wanted, the problem is the equipment has given me problems since installation. When I contact Carlos, he says he will get back with you and he does not. You have to call over and over again, it's ridiculous. When Carlos and his wife came out they originally said one day for installation. Then after the contract was signed they said two, two became three. They came out all three days two to four hours late. Instead of them calling me that they were going to be late I had to call to ask what time they were coming. The first day they came late, they worked 1 hour and 45 minutes and then went to lunch. The second day they came late again and worked until approximately 8pm. Could not finish so it went into a third day. I don't believe they estimated or took the time to look at how much work it would take to get done. On the third day, they came in the afternoon, approximately 4 hours late. Again, I had to call and ask when they were coming. Since the equipment was installed I have had 3 different issues with my camera's. Two of them were with the site you use to check on activity if needed. It went out and it took forever to get the Miami office to call. I waited 4 different days at home for them to call. Each time texting Carlos that they have not called, each time getting more and more frustrated. Finally, I told him I was going to put a review on the website and suddenly I get called by Miami. It's like you have to threaten him to get things done. I have caught him in lies and he has an excuse for what happened. At first, I gave him the benefit of a doubt. It got worse and worse. The equipment installed for the surround sound was ONKYO/True Audio. Recommend not buying it. It's not user friendly, you don't know if it will work properly after the weekly updates. There has been too many things that have went wrong with this equipment to mention. Carlos will tell you he installs it all the time and has no problems. I can only speak for mine he installed. Every time I get it fixed something else happens. It’s like it has its own mind. Every time it goes out I have to get a hold of Carlos and his family about coming out and fixing it. This last time my bedroom would not work on Spotify, Pandora, etc. I wake up in the morning after turning it off the night before and my remote does not work the next day. I text Carlos (3 times) and his wife once, each time they said they would call and did not. The last time he said he would come out the following week and I told him to give a date and time. He said OK and once again it never happened. He Facetimed and hung up. Did not call and leave a message or let me know nothing. Not calling or promising to call happened numerous times. One thing about texts, they don't lie. I could go on and on and on but I would be writing all day. Bottom line, very nice family, they really are. Running a business though is not just being nice, a lot to improve on. They are very good at mounting TV's. Everything else they need to figure out how to improve. If you look at most of their reviews they are on mounting TV's. The reason for the 1 star is that nothing has went well since installation. The installation appointment were lateness and 3 days instead of 1 as promised at contract signing. The work was as anticipated but there were things that could have been done differently in my Lanai, covering up things while work was being done. Lastly the difficulty in getting them back out and or getting things fixed. I am retired Military and there are a few things that upset me. Lying, lateness and broken promises are three of them. If you do use this business I hope you’re not 60 miles away as I am. I believe this plays a role in why it is difficult getting Carlos out here. I was promised it would not play a role. The initial phone discussion went well with the representative of this business. I pre-purchased the tv mounting package and before the appointment, contacted the business about hanging pictures in my condo, as well. He stated they would be happy to hang the pictures for a small additional fee. The day of the appointment, he was late, showed up with four people, charged me more than the pre-paid coupon and as soon as he received his money, he and another person left. The two other people left behind did a good job hanging the tv and pictures. I paid them in cash for their work. Several weeks later, I contacted the business many times to hang more pictures (I just recently moved into my place). No exaggeration, I contacted them, because of missed calls, at least 10 times (through phones calls, texts, and emails). After finally reaching someone, we agreed upon a date and time (for which I took off work early), no one showed. I continued to contact the business, saying in one of my messages, "If you are not available, simply tell me and I will make other arrangements." I still didn't hear from anyone. Needless to say, I am looking for someone else.

I contacted this company to mount two televisions. Two technicians arrived late to the agreed time, but got started right away. The first TV (54 inch) got the standard large mount, the second smaller TV (44 inch) was charged for an extra large mount. This was due to the back plate/older mounting style/or something. The workmanship behind the TV is shoddy and loose.

I would not recommend using this company. The work they completed was not done correctly. Told me they could install TV's next to each other and they wouldn't cross signals. Sure enough they did and no solution to fix problem was ever delivered after telling me they would come back.
