A year and a half ago Bill and his team started the renovations to the exterior of my home. They did a brilliant job, and Bill was always accessible, always attentive to answering my questions, and addressing minor issues. Now, about three months after the one year mark of the projectâ s completion, I noticed some minor issues that had appeared over the course of time, probably due to changes in weather, etc. In any event, I contacted Bill to see if correcting these issues was covered under my warranty or not. I never did get the answer, all I know is that he was up the following week to assess the situation. He returned to my house this afternoon, an hour and a half from his home, to personally address the issues and make the necessary modifications. Bill is, beyond a doubt, a man of integrity. I highly recommend Hometown Exteriors. With Bill Kassakatis at the helm, the customer is in great hands!

I searched for a solution to my decaying exterior for too long. Besides rotting wood, I had a lot of woodpecker damage and needed to find a material that would put Woody out of commission, for good. I finally determined I wanted to use James Hardie siding for the project, but could find no one in my local area who was certified to install it. I inquired on a James Hardie contractors Facebook page, and a gentleman in Oregon got me in touch with Bill Kassakatis here in Maryland. I did my due diligence and looked everywhere online to search out reviews outside of his company website ... Hometown Exteriors had nothing by 5 star ratings. We scheduled a time for a site visit in the spring (2021) to review all of my options. He created computer renderings of what the end product would look like if we went one way vs another as far as design. We settled on the materials, the design, then set the date. Unfortunately, the supply chain crisis created several headaches for this endeavor, but this was not in Bill's control. He did everything he could to keep me updated and the project finally commenced in September, 2021. As with all projects of this magnitude, there were some "issues" here and there, but let me say, Bill is a problem solver. He stays calm and is resourceful, to say the least. Bottom line, my 31 year old house looks BRAND NEW. Besides completing the project at hand, Bill and his team offered to correct other issues with my exterior with no additional cost to me. My assessment of Bill, the face of Hometown Exteriors, is that he is truly an honorable person driven by values that can only result in a satisfied customer.

Within two seasons of moving into a house with a new roof, I discovered a substantial leak and called out three well-reviewed companies to discuss repairs. I ended up going with Bill Kassakatis of Hometown Exteriors, Inc. All three companies basically explained that the previously installation was terrible and I ought to replace the whole thing. Bill backed this up with about 30 pictures of all the things that were done wrong and all the possibilities for leaks all over the roof. Throughout the whole process, from the initial consultations through the contract, installation, and follow up, Bill was easy to work with, professional, personable, and helpful. I am kind of a needy, OCD, suspicious, first time homeowner and I felt confident working with Bill. He answered all of my questions patiently, even after the job was done. He was not pushy with the pitch. I feel really good about the quality of the roof, the installation, and the warranty. I've never had a new roof before so I don't have comparisons to judge against, but if I move to a new house that needs a new roof, I'll just call Hometown Exteriors. Thank you Bill! Absolutely incredible. Response time is amazing. Bill K. came out to our home to inspect our issues and work up an estimate in less than 24 hours. The true value taken from the home repairs can me from the knowledge and experience that Bill brought to the table. He was very patient when it came to explaining what was causing our leak and what the course of action would be to correct the issue. The area of the issue has not leaked since and there have been several heavy rains following the work completed. Needless to say that I would recommend Hometown Exteriors to any friend or family member looking to have roofing, windows, or siding. 5 Stars All Day! Thank you Hometown Exteriors!!

I had my entire house power washed and I couldn t be happier with the outcome. My house looks like new! And the price was very reasonable and worth the money! This company is top notch. I have already scheduled another project. Thank you Bill.
