Hometown Heating and Air

My experience with Hometown Heating and Air was excellent from start to finish. Geothermal system was replaced with a new efficient Heil heat pump. A Durastar mini split was added to my kennel building. Both systems are working perfectly. Owner Caleb Hanks has been patient, informative, punctual, available to answer questions; all with a cheerful smile. Very grateful and very satified with my expenditure. After discussing several HVAC units we decided on the Bosch 18 seer with the inverter technology. We were very pleased with the total cost of the unit and installation. We are even happier with the overall performance of this unit and the savings we have seen on our electric bill.

We recently purchased a house that needs lots of love and renovations. Luckily we have not had any issues with heat pump until this past week and I could hear the heat pump running very loudly and the house temperature was not regulated. I called Hometown Heating and Air Monday morning and they had a technician come by later that morning! We had a clogged coil. I can’t believe the difference after it was cleaned. They did an amazing job!! I definitely recommend them for all of your heating and air needs!

Knowledgeable technician. Talked through the problem with me, gave me options, was upfront and honest. Price estimates were accurate and fair. Punctual. Hard worker.
