This job was completed in Sept 2012 and I am still very satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall ease of doing business with Howetown Roofing. I hired them while i was out of town. we spoke over the phone, i wired him the money for the job, he took pictures and sent to me while work was being completed on my roof. we stayed in contact by phone, text, email. We have never met face to face... It has been almost a year later and I am amazed at how trustworthy this company behaved. Can't say that about too many contractors.

Good repairs made to roof, quick and friendly. Gave a good quote for servcice. Since quote was reasonalbe, pro was able to make repairs the same day. Pro went above and beyound. Not only did he replace shingles, but also put tar around chimmney, fixed other exposed nails, and cleaned roof and gutters.

They said the arrival time would be soon. They were here in 30 minutes. This was coming from Jonesboro. They inspected the cleaning that had to be done. Gave a price that was very fair. They did an excellent job cleaing out and washing the gutters. Very freindly and courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

They value customer service. I was contacted when the service man was running late, which allowed me to adjust my schedule. They were prepared when they arrived & showed me photos of the damage & explained what they where going to do & provided an estimate. The job was completed in an hour & they provide a 1 year guarantee.

Customer service was great. Guys were on time and replaced old cracked boots around vent pipes with new ones. Also used Rust-oleum black paint on all metal heat vents to keep from rusting. Very pleased with the job they did. Had not gotten any other estimates on doing the job, so assume this is the going rate and I got the most value for my money.
