Things could not have gone better!! The gentlemen who did our flag placement for our gas line were right on time, courteous and thorough. Couldn’t be more pleased!!

Had an issue immediately where the first generator they delivered to me had a bad engine upon installation. They wanted to replace the engine rather than replace the generator. After fighting with Generac for weeks, I finally got a new generator. During a recent hurricane, generator did not come on and half of my house had FPL power and the other half was dead. I turned my generator on manually to get my house running and set up a service call with them. I had purchased their 10 year parts and labor warranty as well. When they came out, they discovered a loose electrical connection in the wiring they installed below my circuit breaker panels, but blamed it on a manufacturer issue, said it would not be covered by warranty and tried charging $395 to repair less than a year later. When I disputed the bill they credited it back and told me they would no longer service my generator. Now they reply back a year later and say they cancelled me because of my agressive behavior? I was always super courteous to their staff and techs. I was simply firm and twould not accept someone telling me that I had to accept a DOA generator or pay nearly $400 to correct their installation issue months later. I had a family appliance business for 93 years and know the importance of good customer service. I have a very good generator company now. Avoid this company and buy from another company who cares about their customers!!

If you need a back up generator then you need Home Works Now! I made a call, left a message and 15 seconds later received a call back from Kellie the office manager from the dentist chair! From that point on it was seem-less. The did it all. Paperwork for HOA approval, permits, inspections, approvals, testing. From start to finish while I was not even present. Rob and the crew are neat and professional. You receive texts and emails for appointment reminders which then never missed I might add.

Home Works Now is hands down the best generator company is Southwest Florida! From the proposal to the planning to the installation, their communication was spectacular. The install crew arrived on time and looked professional. Their work was incredibly fast, efficient, and absolutely neat. The generator worked flawless at the initial start up and has continued to work as it should during some short power outages since the install.
