My online reviews speak for themselves. Regarding the drywell, after carefully reviewing the estimate provided to you and later signed by you, there is no mention of a drywell. You were provided an estimate as a lump sum price which was agreed to by both parties. You were initially given a credit of $840.24 as a courtesy to keep you content, additionally you never paid the remaining balance of $446.00, totaling credits $1,286.24. It is unfortunate that you have taken this avenue rather than to communicate with me as you have always been able to . I stand behind by work and take pride in the stellar reputation, I have been able to maintain for over 30 years. Thanks for allowing G7 to serve you."
