We used Honchar Remodeling for two projects. One, to install LVP and the other to fix some drywall and paint a super high ceiling and stairway. The LVP job included removing carpet and tile and they still completed the job in a single day! We had good communication and always knew when they were coming to do the work. A family business started by some young men working their butts off to make a good business. Highly recommend.

We used Honchar Remodeling to paint the exterior of our home. From start to finish they went above and beyond our expectations. From returning our calls to meetings at our home prior to painting they reassured us the job would be done right. Our home turned out beautiful and appreciate everything they did. I would not hesitate at all to give them a call with any future needs.

Re-exposing my home to mold spores, then their plan was to drywall over the affected areas without removing the insulation. They used plastic on the kitchen wall, but only on one side, just in the house, not the garage, dining, living room, or office area, until I pointed it out to them. The other areas are the bathroom upstairs, but it was not sealed. They left molded drywall, and there are areas in these and other pictures where they did not seal off the areas. They increased the price after contracting to do this work and were going to reapply drywall over the moldy insulation. They also lied, Xavier, his cousin, about being on my property when I have cameras to prove they were not. They would not refund my deposit, and now have other expenses due to the damage they created. I do not recommend Honchar Construction LLC, aka "Honchar Remodeling".

Honchar Remodeling helped me remodel my home into my dream home. I had my floors, entire kitchen, and bathroom redone. The communication and efficiency throughout the entire project was phenomenal. They were able to make my house vision a reality. I am very happy with the work they did. I will definitely be using them again this spring when I finish the rest of my projects!
