Honey Brook Home Inspections is a ICA Certified inspector (#15259) and an ASHI associate member. With over 35 years of construction experience, I am uniquely knowledgeable in all aspects of residential construction. I can evaluate your existing property or one you are considering purchasing. I provide thorough inspections and easy to read reports with pictures of issues that are present. Weather it's a condo, apartment or house you should inspect and know your property. I encourage my clients to attend my with the home inspection, as I am also there to educate you about the home's systems and components. I offer Residential as well as Lite commercial inspections. Inspection fees generally range between $300 - $500 and vary dependent on size, number of bathrooms, kitchens, garage, etc. Payment is due at the time of inspection, I accept checks. He did a spectacular job! I am so happy with the work he did. The trim around the closet looks more purposeful. He did everything in a timely fashion. His price was very reasonable and he stuck the original price he gave me. I am such a happy camper and intend to use him again in the future!

Bill communicated regularly to confirm his appointment, which I appreciate. Bill was professional and friendly. He was careful going through the house, noting both good and bad. and he was fair and honest in evaluating a possible new home for us. His report was completed quickly and allowed us to make the best decision in presenting an agreement of sale to the sellers.
