Not very well. I called March of 2024 to have this done. Invoice in March stated with materials labor etc approx $4200. I paid 1600 right up front for materials. Said he would be out as soon as possible. Kept pushing off work to be done until end of June 2024. Took him a month to get it completed. Didn't show up a whole week stating he hurt his back and couldn't come to do job. Then before the late he didn't show up for half a week due to sunburn he got working on my house. Wanted me to pay him 1500 more for half the work he completed. Paid that. Finally got job done on July 25 and told me I needed to pay him another 1500 more. I told him that's not what u quoted me and I don't have the extra money. I saved up for this project. So I said all I have is what u quoted me from the beginning. So he is paid what he quoted me before. He told well I had to buy more materials and it was a lot of work. If he would have been here when he said back in March it may not have been an issue. Then I get another invoice mind u not a contract that I owe him another 700 dollars. Um no that's not what u said. U quoted me the 4200 the first time. He's been after me for his money. Half the time he didn't even show up to finish the work. Not a very reliable contractor and he overcharged me.

"When [Member Name Removed] called I was on a job and that customer kept adding things they wanted done. I communicated this with [Member Name Removed] that I would get to her job as soon as I completed the job I was on. When I was close to finishing up the job I called [Member Name Removed] and she had spent the money she saved for the job and wanted me to do the job anyway. I told her once she got the money I would start her job which I did. She was given an estimate which means it’s an estimate and was told once the job is started there maybe be issues that were unforeseen when given the estimate. This is told to all my customers before I start any job. When I removed the facial I found out the facial was not tucked into the channel of window and there was a quarter inch gap on each side. Therefore the wood behind it was mostly damaged and completely rotted. I reported the rotted wood to her and that it should be replaced and she said leave it as she was moving in the next year and didn’t need to worry about it. So I had to at least make sure it was sealed properly so I had to purchase wider PVC, wider weather tape and rip them done to size so that some could be tucked in the channel of the window and the door. All of which I told her about and advised her it would be more money which she agreed to pay. I also replaced brick molding which was extra. The screen door had to be removed and replaced and sealed as well. After advising me to do all this and agreeing to pay the extra she advised me at the end of the job she didn’t have the money and said she would pay me within a week and I still have not been paid. All pictures of before and after will be posted in my portfolio so everyone can see that the job was done professionally and correctly."

Richie is very easy to work with. He was very helpful making sure the locks I bought were installed and working correctly. I bought locks with keypads that had to be coded and his patience with the whole process was great. I would highly recommend him and definitely plan on calling him in the future for projects as they come up.
