It went really well. They were so efficient and quick. Also, the manners and help organizing, placing every box in different rooms without any 2nd question was great. Super happy we went with Hoods a moving company for our move from another state.

The staff was excellent from the beginning to the end. They made a stressful situation easy and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and know who to call in the future!

Awful. Very unprofessional, they spend a lot of time outside in the drive way than actually moving. Randy actually told me that I would save my mom some money if I helped pack then proceeded to show me how to do his job for him. Spent at least 30 minutes telling me stories of his old flings and about his son riding four wheelers. When my boyfriend inquired about working with their company, Randy told him they would drug test him, but it’s ok to smoke afterwards “like he and his guys do”. I suffer from BPD, OCD, Bipolar, PTSD, depression and take a multitude of medications daily, which they stole from me. They were placed in a box on the dresser, after they left I went in my room to find said box in a black garbage bag in the closet, empty besides the 2 inhalers for my asthma, Thanks I guess. They broke my bearded dragons stand and my mothers travertine dining table. Awful moving company would not suggest to my worst enemy.

This is a locally owned business which I like because they are familiar with the area. They were careful with the furniture. They actually took better care than movers I've used in the past. They worked the full 2.5 hours with no wasted time. I highly recommend this company.

Second time I have used in 2 weeks. They are so helpful in what I asked them to do and they were a huge help. I will for sure be using them again in the future. Always so friendly !!!

The 3 guys who moved our stuff were great. Easy going and hard working. I have no complaints about them. They are the only reason I gave scores above an F. Their score would be all As. I gave the company an overall score of F because the owner originally quoted that he thought it would take about 6 hours for our move. I told him the size of our house and that we have a lot of stuff. I asked if he could come out and look at our belongings to get a better idea. He said that he does not do that for local moves. I thought that was strange since I know other moving companies do that. When the movers were here today, they said they didn’t think they’d be able to get it all on the truck. They said had they known that we had so much stuff, they would have brought a second truck. Long story short, had the owner come out to get a visual on how much stuff we actually have, he would have been able to be better prepared with the size of the truck. I spoke with him about this and he offered to send the guys back out on Monday. I told him fine, but that I would not be paying for their transportation to Athens and back since it should have been all completed in one day. It is not my fault they didn’t bring a big enough truck. He said “then we won’t be moving you”. Very unhelpful and unwilling to admit to his mistake. He actually accused me of being cheap. This was after he said that he’d send 3 men again. I said I thought 2 would be sufficient since there wouldn’t be tons of stuff left. In actuality, he said the reason he doesn’t come out to give visual estimates is because “they try to be very cost efficient”. Who’s cheap? We ended up having to pay for 13 hours with 3 men. So, what I expected to be an $800 move turned into a $1641 move. Completely unacceptable. I will never use this company again.

As planned. It would have been nice to have had an appointment time rather than a general timeframe (morning), but it worked out fine.

They were late and unprofessional.

Randy, Jason, Ed, Teral, Uncle Larry were fantastic!  They worked hard all day and set us up late into the night.  We appreciate all they did for us.

Overall it went GREAT! These guys are the best! Wish we would have known about these guys on our first move. Very punctual & professional with great personalities! Very efficient and very careful & considerate.

office manager & owner both made immediate contact. Very professional.Movers called day before then remained in contact the day of move since we were last move of the day. They were prompt, extremely efficient & willing to do anything we needed. Went above and beyond! They were very careful with my mothers belongings, everything was carefully wrapped, loaded & unloaded. Extremely pleased. I would highly recommend them. Their quote was the best I received by far!
