The owner met me at the jobsite on 9/29 and assessed the repairs that were needed a price was agreed to and the work was done the next day. The repairs look great and I am very pleased. I was particularly happy that the price of the repairs was actually less than originally quoted.

They were fine with the quote and were responsive, but I preferred the personal interaction I got from another company.

We were so impressed with the salesperson that came out that we didn't get any other bids. We could have probably got the work done for less money but we knew they would do quality work that had a gaurentee with it. They did an excellent job. At the conclusion a supervisor came and went over the entire house, looking for any areas that weren't done right. There were a couple of minor things that they took care of right away. We were quiet satisfied with them.

I have had exceptional experiences with them. They have been professional and punctual from initial estimate throughout work performed. They have done windows, roofing, siding, concrete work (sidewalks and porches). The price is reasonable, quality of work is excellent. I've never had to babysit them. I would definately hire them again. I have complete confidence in them.

It went very well. I was very pleased with the workers and how the projects turned out. Their pricing was satisfactory not to mention they were easy to work with and communicate.

They resided in the fall and we were going to paint in the summer. When we went to paint we noticed that the siding was buckling and not in good shape. We called them and they came right out and resided it again.

It was very good. They were very business like. I examined the job and there was nothing wrong with it. They got done at the time they said they would and their clean up was very good.

MR. MILES, THE OWNER, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE SHOWED ME HOW THE NUMBER OF PORCH WINDOWS COULD BE REDUCED AND STILL GIVE MORE OPENNESS TO THE PORCH. HIS CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND NEAT. TRASH WAS COLLECTED IN ONE AREA AND PROMPTLY REMOVED. I WAS IMPRESSED HOW THE CREW CHIEF EXPLAINED EACH STEP TO HIS CREW MEMBER WITHOUT SLOWING HIS WORK AND HOW FAST THEY CAUGHT ON.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE WORKERS EVEN SUGGESTED SOME UPGRADES THAT WERE GOOD IDEAS, BUT NOT EXPENSIVE. WE HAD WOOD PANELING AND THERE WAS SOME WARPING AND THE NEW SIDING LOOKS GOOD OVER THOSE AREAS. WHEN I TOLD THE FOREMAN THAT IT LOOKED GOOD AT THE BOTTOM, HE VOLUNTEERLY SAID THAT THE WORKER WHO PUT UP SOME SIDING HIGHER UP DID NOT DO IT RIGHT AND WAS GOING TO SHOW THE WORKER THE PROBLEM AND FIX! THE PROMPTLY FIXED ALL THINGS THAT WE POINTED OUT. ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW IN REMOVING SCRAP FROM OUT YARD.
