Highly recommend Kyle/H.O.P.! Fast response & clear, quick communication about our project needs. Showed up right on time; did an excellent job replacing plumbing for two outdoor spigots, put in new shut off valves and replaced old corroded lines. Replaced faucet & plumbing under kitchen sink. All in a quick afternoon’s work. Really nice, respectful guys; cleaned everything up perfectly & warranty their work! We’ll be repeat customers if and when we need service again!

Excellent professionalism. They arrived on time, completed the work timely and even returned when the water pressure wasn't correct causing water to spray out of the faucet. When they returned, they even installed the missing piece that arrived late without us even asking. They noticed it had been delivered and a box on our front step when they were leaving and offered to install it. We will call on them again when we need work completed.

Kyle was the plumber who replaced my water heater. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process to me, he piped in copper, and took the time to explain system operations and care. He also left everything in super tidy condition. I am very happy with the quality of work that Hands on Professional provided. My new water heater is working perfectly, and I know that I can count on them if I ever have need any plumbing work completed in the future. They replaced my water softener so quickly too.

The job that was completed by Kyle and Andrew was amazing! Thanks to them I am never going to have to brush my teeth or shower in water that has been running through a galvanized pipe that was 50+ years old. The pressure is so strong now and the water is clear. The guys were precise, clean and timely. The PEX piping they completed in my basement was like artwork. It's not often you find a business like this that actually takes pride in their work. Well this is the team for you Their dedication and attention to detail makes this team one of the best!
