No details - just not professional (arrived with beer on his breath) - the actual cost was almost twice what was quoted.  I do not want to provide my actual address but the work was performed on Hilton Head, SC. <br />

It went perfectly.  Tim kept every promise he made!  This is our 11th renovation and our FIRST to be on budget and on time. <br /> Tim and his team are a delight to work with.  Nothing was straight forward but Tim and his guys were always helpful, patient and honest.  Great problem solvers.  We found Tim on Angie's list.  As it turns out he is a very respected and loved person on the island.  We feel very grateful! <br />

Tim looks out for the customer. When he sees something that needs to be done or altered from the original plans, he sits down with you and explains his reasoning and gives good options. He is really good at communicating. He called when he was running late or something was delaying him to keep me up to date. The project has been completed and he still calls to check up on us and make sure everything is still working well. I recommend him to all my friends.

Horan Builders Inc  <br /> <br /> Horan Builders Inc, Tim, is reliable, very creative, when he says he is going to do something he does it, on time and extremely honest. His workmen, are wonderful, they all know each other well and are reliable too. He has very good ideas and if something goes wrong, he always comes back and fixes it.  We have used them before to build a bathroom, a den, another room and a garage. It is a beautiful kitchen with an island and we are very pleased!

Tim is a man of his word! We hired him two years ago to put an addition on our house. When we called him this time for a remodel of our kitchen, he came when he said he would, and brought along his electrician and his kitchen designer! His price is very reasonable, and he sticks to it. Tim started three weeks ago; his workmen have been here every day; and Tim is in contact with us almost on a daily basis checking to see if all is well. (He did this as well on the house addition 2 yrs. ago!!) The kitchen cabinets will be delivered on March 30th, and installed the next business day. We couldn't be more pleased with Tim. He is very knowledgeable, and he knows what he is doing. In addition, Tim handles himself very professionally, has a quality crew of sub-contractors---and he's a lot of fun to get to know!
