They did an amazing job! The outcome was better than expected! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and more. They were very thorough. They are very reasonably priced and showed up exactly when they said they would. If you need any tree work done I highly recommend them. When I need work done again they will be my first call!

I waited over a month for them to come out to drop the tree. When they arrived, the boys were on the phone for over an hour. Came to the door to tell me they can not drop the tree without some kind of machine. They told me I would be top priority, the office will be calling me and they would be here by the end of the week to drop the tree. I have called the office everyday to get NO answer and NO return call. I finally reached them today and they told me, they can not tell me when they will be able to drop the tree so they will be sending my 1/3 payment back to me. What a Tree service!!! And they are listed as Tree Experts!!! I would NOT recommend this company.. HORHUT TREE EXPERTS.

Horhut Tree Experts – what a pleasure to work with this service. From Jaime in the office, to Steve and his crew – absolute professionals in their field. We had been delayed due to weather and an unforeseen personal circumstance and Horhut Tree Experts were very patient and worked with us. We live in the city and the morning they came to remove our 40+ foot pine tree, there were many parked cars on our street. Steve and his crew were able to work around this and, in a skilled, efficient and professional manner, removed our tree without instance. They also graded the roots and cleaned up all debris. Free estimates, and reasonably priced. It is a pleasure to recommend Horhut Tree Experts for your tree service needs.

The work was amazing. One large tree was overhang my house and the neighbors (which are maybe 20" apart. One worker made "v" shaped cuts then crane was used to lift branches and trunk. I was impressed by the four employees and how they communicated with one another as a team. Beautifully done job. And the price was right--considerably lower than other bids. They are coming back to plant a new tree in the spring.

From initial contact all the way through final work, this was a truly exceptional experience. They were punctual, friendly, and they kept me in the loop during the entire process. They asked me to check if I was good with each tree as they were completed, and they did not have any issues when I asked for some slight additional pruning. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Job went so well I almost didn't notice they were on my property. No debris left behind or trace of the two trees removed within our mulch beds. Very professional from the quotation until completing the job. No surprises and the expertise was clear during the initial bidding. This was the second time I used this provider and both times I was very satisfied.

Good. Sought out Horhut due to their education/certification as arborists. Pruned 2 large trees close to house - crew of about 4 workers showed up on time first thing in the AM, made quick work of the job, gone and cleaned up by mid-afternoon. Made sure I was satisfied before they left. Only thing I would suggest is it wasn't clear to me who the 'lead' of the crew was, didn't introduce and go over job with me day-of (the owner did do this when he quoted me the job, to be fair). They are not the cheapest provider, but when you want your investment trees to stay healthy, you get what you pay for. Will use again.

Horhut know what they are doing. Their certified arborist and knowledge/experience in safely - for the tree health and our property - pruning two large trees close to our house, was exactly what we were looking for. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, with the trees being an investment in the property. Would use again.

This is the second time we have hired Horhut Tree Experts and we will happily hire them again the next time we need tree work. They removed 3 large trees, 3 medium-sized trees, and various shrubs, and also ground out the stumps. They do a professional and thorough job every time.

Horhut Tree Experts removed five trees at our property, including two very big old ones that were potential falling targets for our house and shed. The crew did an excellent job bringing them down safely and efficiently. I had 2 flowering pear trees that I needed to get cut down. I had one quote already from one service but wanted to get a quote for another. I checked with 6 different places and Horhut Tree Experts were the only one to respond for a request for quote. They got a price back to me fairly quickly and were very competitive in their price. I had also read the many positive reviews already made and was impressed so I immediately gave them the job. Given the weather conditions, it did take some time to get me on their schedule but when they came they were on time and made a quick work of bringing both trees down. They also did a great job in the stump removal. They also accomodated some additional things I asked them for - getting rid on a large branch from a tree not quoted and grinding the stump of a smaller tree I had cut down before. For a very minor additional charge, they got that taken care of too. I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them! No complaints whatsoever.

I had three trees removed including one very large one and several trees pruned including an enormous 80 year old oak tree. They were able to work me in due to one leaning and dangerous tree but they made it happen. They also had to remove a section of fence and replace it. The work required them to be in my neighbor’s yard. All work was completed in less than a day, the fence replaced, and no trace that they were ever there was left in my neighbor’s yard or my yard. I needed someone that I could trust since I knew they were going to be in my neighbor’s yard, and I didn’t trust just anyone with my 80 year old tree so I did a lot of research. I was not disappointed. I suspect that I could have found someone to do this work cheaper but you get what you pay for. If you need the work done right at a fair price, definitely call Horhut.

Very pleased with the result. Dan and his assistant did exactly what they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the area beautifully. Their price was very reasonable. My very particular 95 year-old neighbor had some work done on the same day and he was very happy as well. My only very-mild complaint was not knowing exactly when they would arrive. When I accepted their estimate they said it would be 2-3 weeks (which was fine) and I figured they would call a day or two before. Two weeks and one day day later they just showed up in the driveway ready for work. I've used two other companies in the past who were great communicators and not so great arborists, so if you can't have both I definitely prefer this way. :-> I'll definitely call Dan and his company again.
