Went pretty good! I was impressed by how much knowledge the installer had-The results were better than I expected-I am already saving money my first month! I am isually very skeptical of something new but I would recommend these guys to my family

Brad told me what to expect before he installed radiant barrier on the south and west walls of our shop, he also installed radiant barrier and foam insulation to the roof on our south building. The results dramatically exceeded my expectations. Prior to the radiant barrier we started work at 5am and stopped between noon to 1pm because of heat, after the upgrades one cooler was able to keep the shop at 72 degrees well into July. We increased our productivity, increased the number of hours worked, and did so in comfort. The transformation has been impressive, our building has gone from the least comfortable work environment I have worked in over the past couple decades, into the most comfortable with the radiant barrier and insulation installed.

They had a crew of two people to do the insulation. Their names were Enrique and Ronnie.. The owner, Brad LInzy iis an honest proprietor. He guarantees his products. He is very easy to work with and very accommodating. They arrived on time. They worked straight 5 hours without breaks. They were very professional. They were very clean. iThere were times that I forgot that they were there installing insulation because they were very quiet. They even wrapped with insulation my water heater without additional cost. The cost of our APS bill went down at least 40% I like the product and service very much that I had our rental property insulated too. Our renters were very happy cause now their electric bill went down dramatically plus the house is very comfortable. I also had them install the attic fans at our primary home and rental property. They are so good that I asked if they also install skylight. I did a research on skylight and their skylight is very good and excellent price compare to other vendors. I was only going to have them install a 10 or 11 " skylight for the kitchen but Brad recommended 18 which I am very happy that I listened to him! My kitchen is very bright now. I don't have to turn on the lights during the day. I had the skylight installed 9/2016. I called Brad last summer on an emergency basis because the a/c at our rental property stopped working. I called him at 9:00 in the morning and Brad, the owner and his staff was at the place within an hour repairing the a/c. What a great service!!!

My experience with Brad was professional and provided me with a sense of security from the very beginning.  I had saved up the funds to install a new AC system in my guest house, which I use as a master bedroom suite, a couple of years after my old ducted unit bit the dust.  I knew I wanted a ductless unit but did not know much else.  Most information on the internet about ductless units and mini-splits was confusing and daunting at best.  I contacted several local contractors, and Brad was by far the most responsive and professional, and definitely the most meticulous and detail-oriented of all.  He was the only one who offered to come to the home so he would know exactly what to recommend, without trying to sell me on a bunch of other things I didn't want or need.  Most other estimates were much more than his, although he offered a stronger and more reliable product to install.  I paid half down up front and the other half on completion of the job.  Plus, when there was a mix up on the install date, he went out of his way to make sure he got the job done on the day that I had written down!  Great customer service!  He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions.  He and his worker also left the place cleaner than when they came!  I fully recommend Horizon and Brad to anyone looking for an install and mini split system purchase. <br />

We Called Brad Lindsay from Horizon Energy Systems, he made a call and told us our motor was still under warranty, and he would be there first thing in the morning to swap out the motor, and he was.  He had to work extra hard because the other company had crossed wires and he had to trace down the wires to correct it.  I was so impressed with Brads professional manner, and how he was able to take care of the warranty issue, and went out of his way to make sure we were up and running ASAP.  I highly recommend Horizon Energy Systems.  Thanks to them we are cool again, and he saved us thousands of dollars!  Refreshing to have an honest and caring company...THANK YOU!!!! <br />

I was very impressed with website. Called Brad and ordered an attic fan. It wasn't cheap but is very good quality, quiet and powerful. They showed up on time, installed the unit and the invoice was exactly as Brad quoted. I am very pleased with my first use of this company and will probably call them when I need to replace my heat pump. <br />

Brad is passionate about energy savings and loves to help customers implement creative solutions. He thinks outside the box and brings valuable advice to the table, sometimes including ones that reduce his own fees. <br /> By carefully considering all the facets of the situation, he helped me select a 2-ton unit to replace my aging, poorly installed 3-ton. Improvements to the ducting, etc. made up the difference. The house is now quieter and cools at least as well as before. The installation is also much more visually appealing than the last one. My new unit should last many trouble-free years, saving money all the while. I didn't check around to see if he was the cheapest, but the price was definitely reasonable. <br /> We also worked together to install a small mini-split heat pump in an addition that no HVAC before. I wanted a unit he wasn't familiar with and had some picky ideas about how it should be installed. He was open-minded about how to make it work and the project was a success. His fees were pretty reasonable on this job, too. <br /> I have at least one other project that I'll be doing with Brad this year. I wish more HVAC contractors were as creative and flexible as he is. This city would be a much cooler place! <br />
