The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision.

Our Horizon Roof rep Kayla Williamson was always professional and informative. She didn’t just sell the roof and disappear. She was responsible during the installation. The crew was respectful and courteous. They did an excellent job of cleaning after the installation.

Excellent. Very professional. Work looks great, would highly recommend. I thought I was gonna have to pay an arm and a leg to get my roof fixed til I found horizon roofing. You cant go wrong with them. One of the best around in my opinion. 5 stars!
