Horns Cleaning is OUTSTANDING. I hired them to protect brand new upholstery on antique furniture. One of the owners responded to my inquiry within 30 min and we were able to set up an appointment within 4 days. A co-owner provided the service, and his 20+ years of experience combined with clearly evident expertise and care confirmed that I had chosen the right company. In addition, he was punctual, wore protective foot covering to avoid soiling my floors and carpets, and he was fully masked and respectful of distancing. I have 1000% confidence in Horns, and I recommend them ENTHUSIASTICALLY!

Ryan arrived on time-well organized, polite and informative. He did an amazing job of getting our carpets cleaned and freshened. He explained what he was doing and how he was cleaning our carpets based on their composition. Our sectional was definitely in need of cleaning and he brought it back to spic and span. I would highly recommend this company. Their pricing was fair and I felt like we definitely got value for dollar. Our carpets look and smell great.

Brian quickly contacted me and gave me a quote, easy to speak to and friendly, very detail in what his service will offer. Ryan came on time and was friendly and very thorough in doing his job of deep cleaning my couches which were stained badly and he revived my couches. My carpet was cleaned as well and turn out well. They are like new again. I will use them again for sure.

Brian Horn at Horn's Cleaning Service did the most thorough cleaning of our carpets ever!! His system for removing the water from the carpet is the most efficient. Carpets were just slightly damp when he left and totally dry in a couple of hours. We are senior citizens. Brian did a lot of small things like using a crevice tool around all the edges of the carpet. We really appreciate the personalized touch. He was the most reasonable of the 4 bids that we got on Angie's List; and, explained his process the most simply. He left with an area rug to clean for us. That's how much we liked him. Will never use another Cleaning Service.

Beautiful results! I was sure there were stains that would not come out, but lo and behold using the right enzymes did the trick! Extremely knowledgeable in what to use for stains on particular substrates such as nylon vs olefin, for example and coffee, pet, other organic stains vs an artificial coloring. They explained what they would try to clean each particular stain, helping me to become a more educated consumer. I could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend.

Ryan was right on time when he arrived for our carpet cleaning. He was very thorough and he even went over a few high traffic areas multiple times . We are very happy with the results and the price was very reasonable. Our carpet is now 26 yrs old and we should be able to get another couple of years of service out of it.

I called horns, they connected me with Mike's carpet cleaners as I was on 3rd floor with no elevator, overcharged, not impressed with work at all, felt that I was taken advantage of. Would not recommend Mike's carpet cleaning

Referred us to colleague who "has special machine for condos". Stated I was not sure whether rugs were wool or not. Colleague came, sprayed chemical on rugs, ruined rugs which apparently were indeed wool. Colleague returned, scrubbed up rugs and pretended stains did not show. Stains resurfaced within hours.

We have older dogs who are having challenges and our carpets are suffering as a result. Horn's sent out an awesome technician who sprayed enzymes to help with the pet order and cleaned the carpets so they were like new. He was quick & thorough.

Very satisfied with the deep carpet cleaning I received from Horn's Cleaning Service. I had the living room, dining room and hallway cleaned. The carpet looks great and some tough spots came out amazing. The price was very reasonable. I would hire again.
