Experience did not go so well. Horseshoe was not able to mow my yard due to their equipment not being able to cut my thick yard (we believe that they cut to much off at one time thus causing the clumping). We even agreed to have them do double cutting. We had them mow 4 weeks to no avail. Equipment left clumps of grass though out our yard and even in the neighbors yards. The price was excellent, however, you get what you pay for (so I only have myself to blame). Would hire them only to mow lawn if it did not require attention to details. The positive, Brian was very professional.

This company was hired to cut my grass but they hit our gas line while mowing and allowed it to leak from 10-5pm.  They didn't contact anyone about the gas leak.  The company just contacted my husband that morning to tell him that they had mowed his lawn but smelled propane.  When I came home I noticed that our lawn had been cut.  When I entered into my home I smelled natural gas.  I immediately got my kids and got out of the house.  While outside, I heard a loud hissing sound and strong natural gas odor.  It was my gas line.  I then called Suburban gas to let them know what had happened.  They quickly came out and shut off my gas.  He then checked to see if the leak was coming from inside my home.  It was not.  The leak was coming from outside.  When my husband contacted Horseshoe.  They told him that they would see what happened from their worker and get back with us.  Brian Schutte, the owner never got back with my husband.  My husband called several times and was told that they would call back later.  They still didn't.  My husband then resorted to email.  Brian still gave my husband the run around.  We were without hot water and heat for 2 nights.  Amanda Plumbing came out on Friday to repair our gas line.  The plumber had to reattach the gas meter to our home.  Replace the 1/2 line that was busted by this company.  The bill to repair was $205.85. We've tried to be reimbursed by this company, but they continue to ignore what they did and not contact us.  People could have died and we could have lost everything due to their negligence. I will never use this company again or recommend others to use this service. <br />

Called Brian for some landscape work based on the quality of the work they did last year. They stopped by later that week and went over the work, he gave me an estimate. Contacted several other folks and Horseshoe had the best price. Told me they were behind schedule because of the wet weather we had and would be next week before they would be able to do the work. Showed up to day and had the work done by mid afternoon. Edged all the beds, cleaned them out and mulched all the beds. Looks great.
