Seemed to have done a very good job. I’m just curious why the business card given to me by the tech..Hamed has a different address 5422 Richenbacher Ave Alexandria, Va. And I question the invoice because it was sent to be electronically which was fine but it had a different telephone number under my name. And the charges $150 to diagnose but was actually applied to service provided, $150 and service to the GE stackable I was charged $150 for cleaning the washer and $100 for cleaning the dryer (only used a vacuum cleaner) and $125 to replace the water inlet valve Is Hotak Appliance Repair 5422 Richenbaker Ave Alexandria, Va and Hotak LLC 4507 S Four Mile Dr Apt 21 Arlington, Va the same company

The technician was knowledgeable and polite and fixed my old dryer and cleaned it and the vent duct in an amazingly short time. I highly recommend them.

The project took just under 2 weeks because we had to order parts. The initial visit was next day and they were very thorough in running diagnostics and understanding everything that was not working correctly. The unit was just under 5 yrs old - GE front load. We own 2 and were surprised that this one failed after having a new board installed less than a year ago. The initial visit had a higher than expected trip charge. I was expecting $50 and it was $150, with an additional $150 on the next visit because they needed a 2nd person to help with repairing in tight quarters and having to dimantle 2 side by side stackables to get at the washer. At first I wasn't happy with this, but considering the amount of time they were here both visits, the labor seemed reasonable. The parts were what I would expect to pay, but I was initially told 1 yr warranty on parts and the work, but told 5 months warranty on the parts when I paid. Was told these were new parts and I have no reason to think they are refurb. Overall the repair job was a little higher than I'd like, but other repair companies told me the same and some suggested just replacing the unit. The problem is, if replacing the unit might have issues with getting proper brackets to go with the dryer we have and we were not going to buy a whole new set when it would be cheaper to fix the washer even it it is expensive to fix. The techs were courteous and professional. They used show covers without being asked. Gave us updates on the progress. They were also very careful not to damage the walls in tight quarters. Overall satisified and would use them again.

Very please with Hamed's service. Came out the same day I called. The dishwasher needed a replacement pump that would take 2 to 3 days to come in. The pump cam in the next day and Hamed came back out that same day and fixed the dishwasher. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Tech came out on Friday 11/22/24 at 6:00 which was after I was home from work. Quickly diagnosed problem and told me a dryer fuse had burned out. He came out the next day and repaired the dryer very quickly and cleaned up. Now I could have opted to replace just that fuse but he told me there were 3 fuses and the other fuses could go anytime as the dryer was at least 15 years old. It would have been cheaper just to replace the one fuse but i told him to replace all 3. That would have been penny wise & dollar foolish as if another fuse went that would have been another service call fee from that company or another plus the cost of parts & labor. I was also advised to have the dryer cleaned every 2 years which I will do. I'll probably look into how to do it myself as I am pretty handy and always looking to save money. It was a lot of money to pay for the repair at once but cheaper then a home warranty. I have had bad experiences with more then one home warranty company and have cancelled as a result. Also home warranty companies choose the service provider for you and I haven't been impressed with some of them. My advice to anyone paying a home warranty company every month would be to take that $60 or more you pay every month to them and put it in a savings account for emergency's including home appliance repair. Also on top of the monthly payment when you need them there is a service fee to pay before they come out.

Sometimes it is the little things that make a difference like checking to make the client’s expectations are met, cleaning up the work area when the job is complete. Not only did I get a great install, he did the little things that made a difference. I highly recommend.
