OMG!!! Service was amazing! There were 3 major steps: 1) the initial call to set up an appointment for someone to come out and assess the need and give a quote; the lady, Laurie (not sure of spelling) was nice and did not waste my time on the call getting me scheduled; 2) the gentleman showed up to my home on time, was very considered on walking on my floors with shoes, and to my surprise --- called my attention to a safety issue (because I was home alone)!!!!!!!! I was moved by that!! He gave me a quote and scheduled my install time. 3) The young man, Johan, that came an completed the install was so nice and mannerable. I have to say, that surprised my because he is very young and I normally find "kids" today to be a little unprofessional and brusque. He came in a surprised me also with how fast he completed the job, with QUALITY!!" I have already given the contact information for Hot Tint Solar And Security Film to several of my neighbors!!! Very satisfied and happy customer here!!"
