We cannot recommend House and Order highly enough. Michelle is great -- on time, friendly, loves to say hello to our dog, and always makes our home look beautiful! We really appreciate both Michelle and House and Order!

Michelle arrives promptly and leaves our home sparkling clean and in order. She is very pleasant and will perform special tasks as requested. I have had other cleaners from other companies and I am very pleased with the service received from Michelle.

Michelle is very thorough and wonderful. I can always trust that the house is nice and tidy after her visit. She is very efficient and profession and I have nothing but good things to say about her work ethics. We appreciate her work deeply!

Initial consult and scheduling was good. Spoke with owner about what we were looking for and the service described sounded good. Scheduled an initial deep clean with 2 people for 4 hours (8 person hours), which seemed like a lot for 3BR 1.5 BA with 1300 sq ft, but we figured it would be great to get a little extra time to allow a really thorough cleaning to start off. We met the cleaners when they arrived on the day of (one was late) and gave a quick run down and orientation to the house (where things were, a couple requests, ect...) and then left them to it while we went out. Came home 4 hrs later just as cleaners were leaving. It was quickly evident that many things had been missed: stairs weren't vacuumed, floors hadn't been mopped, the areas that had been vacuumed were done very quickly (tufts of dog hair on floor in easily accessible areas under tables & chairs), baseboards untouched, light fixtures untouched, throw pillows fluffed but sofa not cleaned/vacuumed. Overall it seemed everything was cleaned around, very superficial, and almost nothing was moved. Contacted owner with concerns, sent some representative pics, and initial response was that we hadn't allotted enough manpower and more workers should have been sent (AKA more $), which I found to be ridiculous. I briefly reviewed a Nest camera in our living room and watched one worker walking somewhat aimlessly, chatting and lightly passing a rag over various surfaces. Passed this feedback on to owner who then acknowledged that one of the workers was new and inexperienced. The owner offered to have a more experienced worker come back and fix the issues, but we had guests coming over that same evening so I had to pass the vacuum and mop myself to finish the job they didn't. I would have never expected such a poor level of cleaning for 8 combined hours of "deep" cleaning (at over $350) from professional cleaners. There was nothing "deep" about it. Owner was fairly responsive, but before I checked the video he blamed it on a lack of time, then blamed the employee (not my problem, train your staff better). No offer of any type of refund was ever presented for this or any future work. The time and energy spent finishing the cleaning before guests and going back and fourth with the company about the deficiencies pretty much negated my goal of saving some time, coming home to a fresh and clean house, overall being able to enjoy my weekend.

I have been a customer with House and Order for about 2 years, no matter who they send to me, they have always done a very fine job. Our current cleaner Jessa, is thorough, and careful. She is quiet (important with my husband working from home now) and has an artistic flair when she tries to bring order to our disorder! I recommend her and House and Order highly!

House and Order has been cleaning my house, first biweekly and now weekly, for over a year now. Randi always does a wonderful job and leaves my house sparkling clean, and with two fluffy dogs, this is not an easy feat! Every interaction I have had with the individuals doing the cleaning and with the management has been positive, and I recommend them to anyone.

I've now worked with two different people since starting with House and Order, and both of them have been wonderful. My house is always perfectly clean when they leave, and each person with whom I've worked has been friendly, punctual, and considerate. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a housekeeping service.

Excellent. Terisa is my regular cleaner and she is very conscientious and thorough, even when I have occasionally been very busy and not had time to straighten up and get things ready for her in the way I would like. She is frequently the trainer for new members of the team, and I can see why. She's also very friendly and sweet. Highly recommended!

They did an excellent job on the deep clean, expect the same result when they begin bi-weekly cleaning. I would highly recommend them, much better quality employees and management than your run of the mill cleaning services.

Kandi and Mel are terrific. They work happily and thoroughly. If something isn't quite right, which is a rarity, they are concerned and immediately make it right. I've had many cleaners through the years and these two are the absolute best!

theresa arrived on time commented how clean my place is I told her keep it just as clean and happy for the next thirty years. And their will not be any problems. I think I may have scarred her. She is a very good person and cleaner but to earn 5 stars takes years. She is off to a good start keep it going!!!!

We had Amanda clean our house this past summer 3 times. This time she was with us for 4 hours and did a great job!

They did well with initial sales and scheduling, and the two women who arrived were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they were there for 3 hours and didn't seem to do much. As soon as they left, we checked their work, and the majority of the tables and shelves hadn't been dusted, the toilet wasn't clean, and none of the window blinds had been dusted (we specifically asked for that). We didn't have unrealistic expectations - it was supposed to be a very good basic cleaning (what they called "deep cleaning"). I called right afterwards to pay and told the customer service rep that they missed a lot. She didn't offer to give us (a new customer) a discount and charged the full $280. Later, after giving it more thought and finding more untouched areas, we canceled what we had hoped could be an ongoing service. The customer service rep didn't even ask why we canceled, which seemed odd.

First i was nervous about letting someone come into my house to clean and how they would do but after the job was done i was blown away on how well my place looked. She went above and beyond the women who cleaned for me was Amanda Cullen so so sweet, polite and takes into consideration how i like things done. I should've went with House and order a longggg time ago!!
