Housecare Extraordinaire went the extra mile for customer service. Bathrooms and hard surface floors were 5 star.!!

Tony and Dena were wonderful. They helped us get some cleaning done at a project for the remodeler's showcase. They were always on time their cleaning was thorough and their prices were fair.

So far, I'm only evaluating the company's approach to the client, the astuteness of Ms. Hawkins in evaluating my cleaning needs, and the personal interaction that took place. In other words: Ms. Hawkins is very personable but equally professional in demeanor. Her analysis of my cleaning needs was "right on," and she was clearly dealing with reality, not some dream of a perfect cleaning team. For example: She explained that the cleaners would, in the first in-depth cleaning, pick up all of my counter top appliances in the Kitchen and Kitchenette area, but told me that I would have to request that kind of cleaning afterward. I will hire.

They were very thorough and very pleasant. It was nice for me because they agreed to clean my house on a Saturday which they don't usually do. They estiamted the time beforehand and kept to it only going over it a bit which is to be expected.

We hope this will be an ongoing relationship. Our initial experience was very good.

They just did our first recurring cleaning, and it was very well done. Their quote was higher than others we looked at, but they were also going to spend twice as long cleaning our house, which was evident in the quality of the work that was done. We were very pleased with the service and look forward to future cleanings.

They were very professional. They came to our home to do the estimate, rather then so many who price over the phone. It was very nice to be able to a face to the person who would be doing the work. The work was outstanding. They did everything we asked for and a little more. The price was a little higher then we expected to pay, but the service was worth every cent.

Tony is great-- very responsive, and they do a great job cleaning the entire house. Quite a bit more expensive than other cleaning services we have used in the past, but well worth it!

They really helped me when I was swamped and was moving into a new place. Everything was clean and fresh and ready for me to move in. Best money I ever spent.

Very impressed with the quality of service from start to finish. Communication and courtesy was very high standard. The actual cleaning was also excellent - they cleaned lots of things we would never have thought of and even our three year old son noticed how clean the house is.

The price is a little higher than other services, but they are thorough and clean everything as I would myself -- hmm... Probably better than I would myself.
