It took a few weeks to set up a time to get the work done but once scheduled, John arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Once John got into the project, he realized the new window we had purchased was not exactly the right size. We appreciated that he took time to search area stores for a window in the correct size but it turned out to be a strange size. He apologized and said he would still be willing to install the window, but it would cost a bit more because of the additional work needed to cut down the woodwork to fit the new window. Within a week we received a new contract, reflecting the slightly higher cost. It was all very professionally handled. We signed the new contract and set up a new date. John arrived exactly on time and brought a helper along. They got the window done quickly and it looks great. I would not hesitate to call John again for another project.

John did a great job. The price was very fair and lower than other window estimates. I feel I got more bang for my buck! The outside trim looks just as good as the inside. John and Linda were both great to work with. I love my new windows!!

John provided the materials needed, charged fair prices, cleaned up after himself.  He made solid recommendations and worked to save us money rather than providing more expensive unneeded  recommendations. <br />

John House  was very good at helping us determine what we wanted done. He made a few suggestions, but it was obvious he wasn't trying to expand the project or its cost. He suggested we buy the doors at a local home improvement store instead of him trying to sell them to us. He suggested a couple of brands to look at and quoted us a price for installing them. he showed us options for windows and explained the options for siding, helping us decide what type of siding we wanted.  <br /> When it came time to do the work, John and his crew were timely in their arrival and worked well together in a friendly and efficient manner. A couple of times I saw them complete a piece of the project and not be happy with it. When this happened, they would redo it on their own initiative. I felt like I was watching them work on their own house. While they were working, they cleaned up every day before they left, hauling away any scrap or old materials. No dumpster setting in our driveway for a couple of weeks. <br /> In looking over the job after they had completed their work, John noticed a very small hole in one of the screens. It was so small that we hadn't seen it. John said he would be back to replace the screening as he had the proper equipment to do the job right. True to his word, he was back a couple of days later to make the repair. <br /> Overall the experience was very positive, the work was done very well and we are extremely pleased that we selected House Home Improvements, LLC to do the work. We certainly would contract with them again. <br /> <br /> <br />

We had many window companies come over to give us an estimate on a new bathroom window. Due to the age of our home and the fact the bathroom was an addition at some point in history a normal window would not do. Many of the companies basically wanted to put a band-aid on our window. No real solution. John came over told us from the start what he would do and how he would accomplish this.at a very reasonable price. From the day he came over to the day the window was install was a brief two week period.We now have a beautiful privacy or "block" window in our bathroom. A brand new looking aluminum ledge. He did a beautiful job. He spent the time to do it right. He was at our home for over 4 hours. We most definitely use him in the future. He goes the extra mile.

John did a great job. From helping me pick the doors out (he met me at Home Depot, showed me all the features of various styles and then offered to transport them in his truck for me) to working around what was best in my schedule (including nights and weekends). His labor was a flat fee per door so there wasn't any surprises. He's a good guy who has a great work ethic and does quality work. If he expected to be late - he'd call or arrange to have someone call. I am very pleased and love how they look and work.

The removal was labor intensive as it was built into the brick veneer siding. Underneath its aluminum casing the wood was rotted. John replaced the area with treated wood covered in aluminum and caulked. It looks GREAT and like it's always been there.
