<p>Even though I am a first time homebuyer and have never had any other experiences with Real Estate Agents, Dianne exceeded all of my expectations in helping me find and secure my dream home! With my job transfer I only had a month and a half to find and secure my house. While I was still in NY, Dianne scheduled all 16 of the houses I wanted to see within the two days that I would be in the area to house hunt. With her help, the house I fell in love with was way overpriced, and she was not afraid to tell the sellers agent that. She helped come up with a realistic price per square foot and I ended up getting the house $20K under the asking price! I was also able to close on my house in 3 weeks from the signed offer. While I was in NY before closing, she worked closely with me and the sellers agent to make sure all of the required repairs were completed and was at my closing even though I couldn't be. I trust her wholeheartedly and recommend her to everyone. She has been in this business a long time and knows her stuff! </p> <br />

We wanted to use a buyer's agent to assist us in finding a retirement home in Blount County. Dianne is down to earth, easy to work with while being very professional. There is no doubt that she is looking out for your best interests while representing you. Dianne added value to us with her good listening skills to have a good understanding what you want in a home. We house hunted while visiting the area four different times. Dinne is very patient and didn't make us rush as we viewed many homes in different areas. She helped us find a termite and home inspector as well as get us a home warranty.  I am extremely satisfied with her service and would definitely use her again. <br />

Since my wife and I are very particular about the next--and possibly the last--home that we buy, we have not yet found the right house at the right price. If it is out there in Knoxville, I have great confidence that Dianne will help us find it. As previously mentioned, we do have time to wait for what we want. When we find it, Dianne will be the real estate agent representing us. <br />

Got approved for a home loan and called Dianne. She immediately started looking for houses that met my wish list. We had to go VA so the houses had to be just right. She drove me around the state, looking at houses, she also checked with other realtors on houses to see if they would qualify. She even checked on a house while was out of town on business and took pictures so I could see more of it. She is friendly, considerate, encouraging and prompt, allowed me to participate in finding houses on the internet, I must have requested checks on over 25 houses. She was really quick to get back to me both via email and phone. <br /> We looked at 5 houses in 3 counties until we found the right one. I have never bought a house before and had heard that it was really hard, she changed my mind on that, it was fun to see all of the houses we looked at, I saw alot of the state that I had never been in before. <br /> Once we got the lending company involved, she was right there with us all the time, she told me what was going on and kept us in the loop on all faculties of the purchase. The lenders needed three extensions and she was so quick to make it happen with faxes and phone calls. <br /> I am really glad that I choose Dianne Royer and had this experience with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a house in the Eastern part of Tennessee. I would call her first if I need to sell or buy a house again. <br />

I like Diane's concern for her clients. She really wants to do the best job that she can for her clients.

She is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She diligently scoured through listings for us, scouted properties, made appointments. We must have seen over 100 properties. She would meet inspectors, and never had a problem with it. She use to tell us all the time that she wasnt the one that was going to have to live there so she wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice. If you want a dedicated, honest, person, this is the one for you. She will give you accurate, honest, and reliable information!
