I gave him 9000USD thru check and its been charged to the bank already. He needs to pays us back 41hours which 85USD per hour which is total 3485USD. He didn't do a change order it was a total surprise that he added 41hrs charge total in extra and we didn't agree with that. On Friday it was additional 52hrs extra and I complaint about it so he bring it down to 41hrs extra for 85USD per hour.
