Elevator Installation and Replacement
I have signed a contract with Valor Lift Elevators on 8/12/2025 where they promised to install an elevator at my premise by 11/11/2025. I have paid all of the equipment cost as per contract, and today, 6/13/2026 I still have no elevator in my house. Current ops manager/owner Christopher Thomas doesn't pick up/return my calls. None of the number in their website works. There is no way to communicate with this company, and they have taken 90% of money to install the elevator haven't provided the services even 7 months after their installation date. Be careful of this company, not sure with how many customers they are treating like this?
