I remodeled my condo in Midtown and was extremely pleased with the end results. The contractor, Tony, was responsive to my needs and the work performed was impressive. The remodeling involved; new sheetrock, painting, new carpets, new fixtures, new blinds custom fitted, resurfacing and polishing of tile floors and work was done according to Covid protocols. Tony paid special attention to detail and finishes; the final results was of high-quality. The remodeling was completed in a flexible timeline, consistent with my needs. The resulted work has improved the function and appearance, as well as, the value of my property and is to be commended.

Incredibly satisfied with the results of our sink. It looks brand new. It was a team of two people, they took great care to prep the area and ensure the entire area around the sink was protected. It took two days of work with two days of curing between. I would hire Tony again in a heartbeat for any future projects.

Had to be redone because it looked like I had patched it. Not really pleased with the outcome.

Tony responded to my request almost immediately. He provided an estimate based on pictures I sent, and was there the next day to start work. I would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to hire them again.,

Did an outstanding job. Very complicated project working with very old existing home. Bid was multi faceted with carpenter, plumbing, painting. Did an excellent job! Kept us informed and completed on time and on budget. Will definitely use again and recommend highly. Allowed us to work in phases with our budgets.

Antonio Otero of Houston Resurfacing and Construction accurately diagnosed that there was no mold on the corner molding of my drywall. He quickly performed the repairs and helped me avoid unnecessary mold remediation efforts. For that, I am most grateful. Antonio exercises an economy of effort. He was unable to find Perlite ("Sand") drywall texture to match my walls, so he chose Orange Peel texture. The mismatch is barely noticeable and avoided delays in the completion of work. As a general contractor, Antonio is young, shy and sometimes overextends himself. When I asked him for a price for electrical work, Antonio gave me a low estimate that his electrical subcontractors would not accept, which forced him to backtrack. When I selected a different electrician from the one that he recommended, he was embarrassed and avoided coming to the house while the selected electrician was onsite. Nevertheless, he tries hard to please the homeowner and I wish him well as he progresses in his profession.

Tony and crew did a great job.

We are pleased with the work that Tony and his worker completed. The quality of their work is very good. When we contacted a number of companies for the job on Angie's List, Tony was the first to reply on a Sunday. He asked for photos and provided a quick quote and scheduled us for the following Thursday. His worker showed up first approximately 50 minutes later than scheduled, but he started right in removing the old caulking and thoroughly cleaning out the mold that was present behind it. Tony then arrived to inspect and get our approval for moving forward with the application of the new caulking. The entire job was finished within two hours. Our only issue was with the worker arriving later than expected.

The experience was amazing. The job was well done and I'm very satisfied.

We had to replace the plumbing in a condo and it required almost 50 holes in the sheetrock. Antonio fixed all the holes and painted. He also took our inspection list and completed a number of repairs in the timeframe we required. While Antonio was significantly delayed in starting due to the plumber taking almost 2 weeks longer than they told us, he worked almost around the clock to meet our timeline for moving. He was very good about keeping me informed every step of the way. I was not in the city where the repairs were being done and so, he would send me photos of what he was doing and the completed repair. We are very happy with his services and appreciate his help.

They did an excellent job and they have always stood behind their work if I asked them for anything. They are all very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
