Everything was perfect. Our heater was down and we had gotten bids from other companies but we just weren't satisfied with the companies that were coming out. Then our neighbor recommended Houston's Best so we gave them a try. They came out and gave us the bid on a new heater but they also pointed out that our gasline was equipped for a certain size heater and that we should properly size the equipment so that it would run efficiently and save us money in the long run. No one other company had ever mentioned that to us in the 8 yrs we have lived here. The heater we wanted was a 400,000btu heater but our gas meter was rated for a max output of 350,000 btu. So they explained thats why the heater we had burned out so quickly. So they installed a 333,000btu heater and it works great it heats up faster than the 400,000btu heater we once had. Instead of just taking the money for the bigger heater knowing that it wouldn't last they sold me the heater I needed for a lower price. I had them do other work while they were here installing the heater and they have my pool running better than its ever been. I have passed their name on to a co-worker who is upgrading all her equipment with them. Great Company!! <br />

It went great! They came out the same day that I called. When they arrived I explained to them that another company had come out looked at it and never came back and I had paid them the service call fee. The tech assured me that they would take care of the situation. They diagnosed it and it fixed it the next morning. When the job was complete the bill was $315 the tech asked me how much the other company took from me I told them I had paid $65 for the service call fee and they were to come back and finish the repairs. He said he even though he didn't take the money he would knock it off the price. They charged me $250 and I had no problem paying it. That's the kind of service company we need. I referred them to 3 of my neighbors which they were happy as well.
