"[Member Name Removed], Please to work with you. Nick"
"[member name removed] is suffering from extremely poor health, aggravated by very unsanitary conditions in her home. The house is stuffed with possessions, barely allowing space to move from one place to another. Preparatory to starting our project, I offered to organize her garage and a rear storage room for a staging area. I stated I would do it on an hourly basis and be done as quickly as possible. She agreed to this - although I see now she held a different expectation. Nonetheless the work was done. The shower surround was the proper size. [member name removed] elected to postpone the project I think 4 times due to unexpected surgeries, and infections which made it unrealistic to proceed due to additional medical expenses. I offered to step out of the project or to wait until such time as she was ready. She decided to wait until she was ready. Apparently she has forgotten that. I tried my best to meet [member name removed]extremely exacting expectations and needs. I was not able to. The additional work she mentions included some electrical work that was improperly done by another contractor. THOSE extra charges amounted to the sum she is attributing to the curtain rod work alone. I knew there was a risk of this sort of outcome - having worked for a couple of invalided people. My regrets."
"[removed members name]; Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure working on this project for you. I am glad to have been of service. Nick"
"It was a pleasure working with [member name removed]. Her attention to detail, concern for the partifulars of color matching, period and style was a great asset in creating this project. Thanks again for the opportunity, Nick Hovick"
"The concrete remains cleanup by the client could well be considered part of the sweat equity mentioned earlier as part of the offset for bringing in a job at a considerably lower price. I HAD mentioned that it would be cleaned up and wouldn't normally be left. I expected the men to clean that up. I am glad that [Member's name removed] tended to that. But because of our arrangement to let [Member's name removed] do labor to offset the lesser labor budget it seems appropriate. I am surprised at this mention. However, there was a small amount of equipment (wheelbarrow and two hand tools) left behind, which [Member's name removed] kindly dropped off at my house two days ago. Apologies for the delay. Re: The concrete cleanup issue. We had an agreement for [Member's names removed] to provide labor, digging, cleanup. It was appropriate for [Member's name removed] to clean up the concrete. And I thanked him for it."
