Howard has always done an excellent job with all the repairs I've needed him to complete. He's highly skilled and reliable and I'd recommend him. And his rates are fair enough that I can actually afford his help!

I'm 70 years old & became a widow a year ago. I had a list of "Honey-Do" that was getting longer & longer. I finally reached out to Howard & he came right over. I handed him a list & he did everything that I asked him to do promptly. He will be my go-to-guy going forward & it is truly a relief knowing that I do have someone like Howard to take care of things that happen around here in my home especially that I'm alone now.

Major parts were left out when told job was complete. A large gasket was left on the counter. When I asked why this part was not put back, he didn't know. I got on line, pulled a schematic and found it was the gasket that was needed to keep the electronics sealed. Also, two screws where not put back and the wholes were stripped.

Howard was very professional and knowledgeable and everything looks great. From arranging the dates for the initial meeting to when the work was completed in the time frame, Howard and Jackie were great. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Came out right away because my old alarm was chirping and driving me nuts. Was prompt, nice, very patient bc there were a few logon issues (my issue nit his). Very affordable I'm comparison to other quotes. Will use again.

The small job was done but the cost was a rip off.

Okay. Howard had some difficulty reading the plan, and requested a week to do the work. We only had three or four days, so his manager said that could only happen if I helped with the work. No problem, I did the layout, and did most of the "tricky" parts of the work, cutting the ribbon boards for the 45 degree angles, so Howard and helper could focus on setting cleats, joists, and putting down decking. Howard was very prompt, but this sort of carpentry was not his forte, some of the decking cuts needed to be redone. I had to do all the railing work myself. He did help me with some plumbing work for the better part of one day, which is work he is better at. We settled on payment of about 2/3 of what his original quote was for the deck, and he showed no interest in doing any further work.

Wonderfully I guess. My next door neighbor who also uses Howard was home for this appointment so I did not have to take vacation time. It was all done by the time I got home.

He was at my house the day I inquired for a quote, and started almost immediately after I gave the O.K. Such a nice guy, and happy to do just about anything around the home to help.

I left a message on Angie's List and Jackie promptly responded to schedule an appointment. Both Howard and Jackie are great people and nice to talk to. Howard was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. Showed up on time and worked until the job was done. IMO, he charged me too little for what he did and the amount of time involved! I was very pleased with the quality of his work and I will certainly use Howard again and highly recommend him to others!

Extremely well. My only complaint was it took him a little bit of time to get back to me with an estimate. Once we were committed to the job he showed up on time, worked very neatly, stuck to his price, and did outstanding work.

Jackie is his scheduler and is always very responsive. Howard is fair in his pricing and always reliable and professional.

Howard came and looked at the issue and gave me an estimate. Once I contacted him to schedule the appointment, I received an appointment in less than a week. The door sweep was an add-on on that he fixed that same day for one of the doors. The other door we had to research and find an appropriate door sweep. He helped me find the door sweep and it was ordered online. Once it came in, Harold installed within a couple of days. For some reason the first caulk did not work on my shower tile. Harold came back and fixed within one week with a different caulk. This caulk is working fine. I was happy with the service and would definitely use Howard again.

It was alright.

He was on time, pleasant and did a good job. His office staff was also pleasant.
