Howell's Roofing

<p>Mr. Howell professional, kind, courteous and a hard worker.  Have only used him to locate and repair roof leaks.  He knows his business better than anyone I have dealt with before.  He makes recommendations and offers good solutions.  He performs repair work in a way that minimized the need for new materials.  He and his crew clean up in such a way that if I'm not home, I would never even know they had been here save for a very small piece of shingle here or there.  They work hard and his price is always fair. </p> <br />

It went very well. The roof is holding up very well today. I thought the price was reasonable. They were efficient.

Gave me a detailed estimate, started work in a very short time period, finished the work as promised and performed a very good clean up of property. Overall very pleased with his work. <br />

Owner gave written estimate, worked with the insurance company (storm damage). Work took two and a half days. Worked 8 hours each day. Kept mess to a minimum and did an excellent job of cleaning up and hauling away trash. Good communication with owner. Owner did a thorough check for damage and made repairs to water damaged under sheathing. Very good people that are neighbor-like. <br />

They did a great job. They cleaned up all of the mess. They were here when they said they would be. Their quality of work was excellent. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I've never had any problems with the roof.

We paid half up front, and the other half when he said the job was done. He charged us an extra $988.00 for replacing more board, and we paid that without complaint. Then after he had been paid, we realized during the first rain that he had not repaired the gutters (which you can't see from the ground). We called him and he came out and looked at them and said he would get it done. He never came back. We have been calling him ever since with no reponse. He still has not fixed the gutters and will not even answer our phone calls now.
