Geof installed a ceiling fan on my patio. The process was seamless. I received a call within 15 minutes of requesting a quote with availability as early as the next day. Geof was on time and was knowledgeable and thorough with the installation and answering any questions that I had. I would use them again!

1. job done as pro! 2. late to appointment for 2 hours! 3. No way to pay online, asking for cash or call with provide card number on the phone(Very unsecure!) 4. 15 min of work - charged Way too much!!

All was great except worker was 3 hours late and I had to make the call as to why he was late

I live in San Diego and have a rental in TX. I bought a range from Costco and when delivered we discovered the old range was hardwired. Hired HR Phoenix to convert the hard wiring to a suitable plug. Eryn was amazing to work with. Can't say enough great things. Thanks for helping a desperate landlord trying to do an upgrade for a tenant.

This was the first time in my life a contractor showed up early. This gentleman was early, Professional, and had a great depth of knowledge. I would definitely hire HR Phoenix again for electrical work.

I rarely give comments let alone bad rating. This work was absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional. This project was promised to be done in an hour instead it took 5 hours. He forgot things, went to home depot twice to get NIMA Adapter which is the whole project. The work done was patchy and very bad for the amount i paid. finish the project is clumsy and did not put the protection cover. Now i will have to fix. He out the nima adapter upside down and promised to comeback. Which he didn’t. . I will not recommend his work. If there was a zero rating this work deserves worst rating for work.

They did a great job adding an Rv circuit to my house!! They were very professional and courteous. Have used them before on another home panel replacement in which they did a great job on.

We lost power due to wires inside the meter n panel outside oncor came at 2 am and disconnected us completely and we were told to hire an electrician to fix it we were stressed due to my mother being in oxygen I contacted over 10 "24 hours" electrician yet Paul with HR PHOENIX was the only one who responded instantly and was at our door before 3 am when he told us the price initially we were shocked because we never been through this but we quickly found out that he actually gave us an amazing deal we called him back he cane out Thursday to explain exactly what would be done we made the down payment and the next day they were outside at 7 am sharp IN THE RAIL and they still got the work done they even stayed and waited for oncor to ensure everything was good they even labeled everything for us later that night we found one outlet that wasn't working I emailed Paul and he responded instantly and sent someone out the very next day to fix it ! This is a company who truly cares!!!!

The tech was great. Awesome to work with. I wish they do the drywall patch up after installation of the outlet. Having said that, I realize it is a company policy and not a tech problem. was on time and completed the job as well as i would have expected.
