HR Phoenix Electrical Services

Four days before Memorial Day 2026, a tree branch dropped onto my powerline, taking a chunk of the meter and the line to the ground with it. After a visit from Fire Dept, then from GP&L, the line was capped off and coiled, and the fun began. Apparently, the electricians my friends have used all "had to wash their hair," because they sure weren't returning my calls. Two days later, I began searching for options online. Google suggested Angi's list. The online form generated five possible companies to reach out to. I chose two, and within 10 minutes, Paul from HR Phoenix was reaching out. At 10:30 pm! I was impressed. He came over the next day to survey the work needed, made his proposal, and we agreed to have the work begin shortly after. The crew showed up at the time promised, and the work was carried out efficiently and professionally. The company's good rep with the City inspectors and GP&L had me powered up the same day the work was done. I will use them again!!

It was explained to me that they would order a necessary part, at no charge to me, from the manufacturer. I ve called, texted multiple times to no avail. It seems that the company s phones are no longer in service. I ve even sent emails to HR Phoenix but no response.

Chris did a very good job of trouble-shooting exterior electrical wiring problems and then correcting them. He succeeded where others failed. Much better than one of the highly advertised contractors.

Geof installed a ceiling fan on my patio. The process was seamless. I received a call within 15 minutes of requesting a quote with availability as early as the next day. Geof was on time and was knowledgeable and thorough with the installation and answering any questions that I had. I would use them again!

1. job done as pro! 2. late to appointment for 2 hours! 3. No way to pay online, asking for cash or call with provide card number on the phone(Very unsecure!) 4. 15 min of work - charged Way too much!!

All was great except worker was 3 hours late and I had to make the call as to why he was late

I live in San Diego and have a rental in TX. I bought a range from Costco and when delivered we discovered the old range was hardwired. Hired HR Phoenix to convert the hard wiring to a suitable plug. Eryn was amazing to work with. Can't say enough great things. Thanks for helping a desperate landlord trying to do an upgrade for a tenant.

This was the first time in my life a contractor showed up early. This gentleman was early, Professional, and had a great depth of knowledge. I would definitely hire HR Phoenix again for electrical work.

I rarely give comments let alone bad rating. This work was absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional. This project was promised to be done in an hour instead it took 5 hours. He forgot things, went to home depot twice to get NIMA Adapter which is the whole project. The work done was patchy and very bad for the amount i paid. finish the project is clumsy and did not put the protection cover. Now i will have to fix. He out the nima adapter upside down and promised to comeback. Which he didn’t. . I will not recommend his work. If there was a zero rating this work deserves worst rating for work.
