The service provider returned my call right away and was able to come to my house that same week. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. His own house had been completely damaged by the flood, but he was still working and helping others. He evaluated all of my large appliances and sent me an email with all of the invoices attached by the very next day. Met all of my expectations and I highly recommend.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], My name is Sean with H&S appliance repair. I believe you are mistaken on the company that came out to you. First off I have never charged someone $1200.00 for any repair. If you have a Thermador, Wolf, or Viking large gas range I understand they can be expensive to fix. We do not work on any of those ranges. If the company that came out to you that said they were H&S appliance repair I would like to know a phone number and if I can see the receipt if that is okay. Please call me at 281-900-0314. Excellent! Sean called us back on Sunday evening to set up a Monday appointment. He arrived at the time of the day he had indicated and quickly diagnosed the problem. Parts had to be ordered. He expected to wait two days to received the parts. The parts came in when expected, and he came out to install the new ice door kit and damper. Sean is very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you, Sean! It was no fun to be living out of ice chests=) H&S applies the service call charge towards the cost of the repair. Nice!

I had dropped a vacuum attachment down the lint vent area and was unable to get it out. Shawn came the next day and took the dryer apart, retrieved the attachment, and put the dryer back together. Very professional, very good service, very good price. Would definitely call Shawn again for any appliance repair.

Shawn was a great customer advocate. He explained the problem and cost of repair so that I could make the decision about having the repair completed. I made a decision to not spend the money to repair the machine. Shawn made recommendations of washing machine brands that he felt would be good replacements, unfortunately I did not write them down. Several days later when I sent him a text he answered immediately with the brands he had recommended. I will us this company again if I need appliance repair. <br />
