Ackeno responded to my request very quickly and came over the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my toilet, stopping the leak through the floor. He was patient in answering all my questions and his price was fair. I would recommend!

He refuses to give you a receipt. He stated that I have a 4 year warranty but wouldnt provide documentation of said warranty. The valve is not working and it has only been 4 months. When contacted he assured me that he would come by to repair the valve. He never showed up and is no longer answering the phone. Completely unprofessional. Do not hire.

Service was great and quick. He was able to fix my leak and resort out some of the weird plumbing under the sink. HOWEVER after he left a new leak started and he didn't respond when I reached out for more help.

The repair to my leaking toilet was fixed well enough, after telling me my relatively new toilet water shutoff valve was broken and would need to be replaced for an extra $100. Foolishly, I did not verify this for myself. Afterward, when I was summoned to inspect the repaired toilet, I was told my toilet tank float valve that shuts off the water inside the toilet tank once it fills was broken, and that it would cost me another $50 to fix. It was NOT broken prior to his arrival. He left and said he'd contact me later that evening to arrange for a return visit to fix it. In the meantime, I found the top cap loose and tightened it. Then flushed the toilet 4 times, each time observing that the float worked as designed and the water that fills the tank shut off properly at the designated level. It has worked great ever since. He did not contact me later that night but the next day, when I told him I fixed my own shut-off valve for free, and would not need his services.

EFFICIENT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! We received a quote from a big name company for a big job. HSM came in wayyyy under and with a different approach. MY GOD!! Hearing running water was like a symphony to our ears. The crew was on time!! The crew worked in sync!! They were professional and fast!! HSM will now be servicing my boiler and plumbing needs. A MILLION THANKS!! We highly recommend!!

He completed the job, but I am not a licensed plumber nor can I judge if the install is done correctly. I may need a licensed plumber to determine that. Unable to obtain documentation from the provider as to licensing.

He did a great job and was professional. He didn't give me the estimate until he was half way through completing the work, so I was surprised by the final bill.

Called HSM Piping and Heating for a leak under our kitchen sink. The leak was in 2 places. Ackeno was professional, fast and efficient. He and his assistant replaced all of the pipes and were up and running in 30 minutes.

I requested to snake out my sewer before it backs up and floods my first floor before freezing temperature starts. I had that problem last year. I said it?s not clogged nor I have a flood . Price they charged was $250. The guys came took pictures of grease build up and maybe laundry buildup which of course expected from a sewer line and charge me $500 !!! I complained about it and price went down to $450!! I?m surprise they did not charge me for the pee and p xx that went down there too.. I?m soo disappointed. Don?t use this scammers I would have use my emergency guys when it get clogged they charged me less . What a big scammer this company is. They dig out dirt to get into the pipe I understand but charge double ?

I had a clogged drain that was driving me crazy, and HSM Piping & Heating Inc. came to the rescue! For just $85, they showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything flowing smoothly in no time. The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated how transparent and fair the pricing was—no surprises, just great service. If you’re dealing with any plumbing headaches, I can’t recommend HSM enough.

I had a violation from DEP and needed a licensed plumber to relocate the water meter, correct meter set, and to replace the meter. The plumber Ackeno Stewart told me he was licensed and we were good to go. To my recollection I paid him 1/2 upfront and it went downhill from there and I believe the agreed amount had increased. He was no longer answering my calls and when he did he told me that he needed to wait on the permit from a lady he would call. He took an exorbitant amount of time to complete the job. My violation bill that began around $1k had skyrocketed to $3k. I decided to file a complaint with Angie's List, he then decided to respond, but not in a professional trying to alleviate things matter but a you won't get your money back time of energy. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend. I was a brand new homeowner, a single woman, and he took advantage. This is fresh in my mind because I just attended an event to remove a Lien from my home due to my water bill.

They completed 2 plumbing jobs. The work was quick and painless.

We had a leaking pipe originating from the upstairs bathroom that eventually collapsed a portion of the ceiling below in the kitchen. Our plumber was Ackeno and he first came to assess and provide a quote for the work. We were in agreement with the work and the cost for the fix. He showed up the next day and immediately began addressing the issue. He was very professional, neat in his work and finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Ackeno .
