Came on time and completed the inspection report on time. Good report.

Very personable, professional, arrived on time and supplied the documentation he said he would along with fantastic pictures of the roof and it's problems.

This was a roof inspection, and Jeff did a beautiful job with the pictures, the report of what needs to be done, and fantastic work ethics and great with customers.

Jeff is a very personable man, with a lot of experience with construction and inspection of residential and commercial buildings. No other roofers even responded to the request for an inspection, and yet Jeff responded within the hour. He arrived on time even though we live an hour south of South Tucson, and knew exactly what he was doing and what to look for. His inspection was done with a drone, and he provided both an inspection report and a lot of photos for my files. His work has made me comfortable in going forward with the installation of a solar system. He is very professional in the service he provides, and I would recommend his services highly.

Although Jeff was late in responding, after pestering him we received the photos after 2 days and on the third day somewhat of a report. We expected greater details in the report. Have to keep on Jeff.

Jeff was very professional and used the latest technology to inspect my tile roof. He put me on his schedule immediately which really helped as I had limited time to complete this inspection. I would recommend Carter and Associates to anyone who needs a roof inspection with photos.
