My situation turned out to be complicated, but Fabian figured out how to make it work, and without increasing the price too much.

I told him my situation, and he made a recommendation that expanded the scope of the project, then requoted before doing the work. All good.

We made the mistake of paying him early. After that it was hard to get him to come back and finish the work. He didn't pass the inspection and we were never told why. He came back. It took several days for him to come back and fix whatever caused him to fail the inspection. But he NEVER scheduled a final inspection. He has since then ghosted us. We have left several messages for him to return our calls and text messages. He has not called us back. I hope whatever caused him to fail the inspection is not going to put my family in danger. He rewired my mobile home and electricity is not to be playing around with. Shame on him.

Fabian was terrific. He tested our 35-year old outlet and followed its conduit. He quickly determined that we could not do the easy fix we were hoping for -- of reconnecting the outlet to our fuse box -- which we weren't that surprised by and then laid out other options for us. We opted just to remove the unused outlet and its elevated stand (as it was a tripping hazard). Fabian removed it for us very quickly and it made the area safer.

A few weeks later when some electrical outlets stopped working he came out and showed me the random button on my garage door opener plug to get them to work. No charge!
