Eli and the whole TRC team were amazing. They were able to begin the project quickly due to some extenuating circumstances. Once they began you could tell their level of knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. They kept our home clean when they packed up every evening, they did a great job on our shower reconstruction after a leak, repaired the ceiling on the floor below, and took care of mold damage. When another issue came up, they were right back to remedy and repair the situation. Would recommend it without reservation.

Honestly try. Inc has the absolute best customer service, they did a full remodel at my home and now it is more beautiful than ever. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely contact them again. The price is true to what he says he also double checks and makes sure everything was to my liking they did an amazing job definitely 10/10.

Eli and his crew did a remodel to 2 bathrooms and kitchen - they got started quickly and in an amazingly fast amount of time, transformed all 3 spaces in 7 weeks. We have an awkward long skinny kitchen and they not only made it look great it also looks spacious with even more cabinet space! Same story for the bathrooms with an amazing shower stall! His people were very nice and they all are super easy to work with.

Very nice, respectful, cleaned as they worked. They were punctual and worked a full 7 hour day everyday except Sunday till the job was done. Best contractor Iâ ve ever worked with.

Overall, I felt communication was very good and all of our requests were nearly met. I found the end result of our bathroom remodel to feel slightly unfinished and not a total reflection of the money spent. I understand many contractors do not paint, but no other subcontractor was offered as a painter. And, so, my wife and I had to paint ourselves and a lot of the walls were still roughed in and needed to be sanded, filled with more mud, and sanded again. We also had a closet build and that was the most complete part of the project (again, except for paint and stain). Total Restoration Contractor also supplied an electrician for a lot of little projects, and that felt like a big bonus. Ceiling fans in three rooms were added, light switches were added or moved in some rooms, and multiple outlets around the house were installed where they made sense. Underneath the surface, though, their electrician left things looking a little precarious in the basement. Many of the cords were not stapled to the joists, and a few junction boxes were left open - it looks rushed and incomplete and will require me to clean up the scene and make sure everything is safe and tidy. After everything was said and done, I am about 80% happy with all the work. I did find out that my neighbor spent about half of what we spent at the same time on similar projects and their results were very close to ours, and for that, I cannot fully justify the cost, given the scope of the work.

Elinaldo and his team were fantastic. They were very good at communicating what they were planning to work on each day, they were very respectful of our space while we worked from home and they were very efficient with their time. Elinaldo had great recommendations for where to get products and ways to get the most out of our bathroom renovation.

The crew at Total Restoration recently converted our bathroom from a very high bathtub to a walk-in shower. Elinaldo and his crew did excellent work. When you hire a company to do work in your home, you want them to do what they promised, show up on time, communicate clearly and be respectful of the space. The crew of Total Restoration did all these wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great work at a competitive and fair price.
