joe arrived at my home on time and had a very professional appearance and brought all necessary equipment to perform the task at hand. joe was very thorough in his inspection for mold in my home and also gave me advice on things to do to prevent damage to my home from possible water damage he completed his testing and gave me the results and paperwork I needed for my FHA Home inspection I would definitely recommend new age home solutions for anyone needing a mold inspection

Joe explained everything thoroughly and in a way a non-professional can understand. We didn't have any obvious signs of mold but our son has asthma and my wife wanted to have the inspection/testing done to be sure. We had a flood about 5 years ago and she wanted to be certain we had no hidden pocket of mold spores causing health issues. He checked out our house top to bottom and said he wouldn't recommend additional testing because we had no indications of mold; that's important because it would have been an easy up-sale for him to take advantage of but he was honest and said we didn't need it. However, I opted to have the air quality testing done anyway for my wife's peace of mind.

Joe is impressively knowledgeable, painstakingly careful in his analysis and honest beyond compare. He not only assessed our mold problem and its causes, but he indicated how we should deal with it our own and even chose to cancel the lab testing (and the additional charge) for which we had originally signed up. This is tuly unbelievable in a business (as I had feared) is so well set up for an assessment leading to expensive remediation. Joe and his company are a real rarity! I could not rate my experience more highly -- on a 5-point scale, this is a 10!

They were very professional on the phone and they got things done in a timely manner. If you need a hand in a court case they will go to court and testify for you ,only charging gas and parking . The initial fee is cheaper than anyone I have ever found. Well worth it.

Joe is a very patient man, he waited a few minutes for me to get home from work. Upon arrival he noticed me heading to the house. He quickly came out his truck and introduced himself and who he was and what he did. I invited him in the house where he started educating me about mold and all that good stuff. He is darn good with what he does, and professionalism at his best. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
