"Hi Lynda, I am sorry you feel this way. Let me provide clarity on a few things for you. I never claimed to be a GC, we have licensed professionals on staff for when they are needed on projects. We set aside 3 days to complete your project. We were unable to complete your project due to working conditions. You were asked to clear the kitchen multiple times for us to be able to paint and have space to work. You did not, I have photos if you need any reassurance. It is not very fair or professional to accept a bid and when it comes time to pay haggle down the price and say *you will not pay for that*. Also to be fair you did not pay for work that was."
